Description
前記冷却構造は、冷媒の流入方向と排出方向とが互いに反対であるU字型構造であり、第1冷却流路の入口と第2冷却流路の出口とは、入口流量及び出口流量に対して以下の式を満たす。
Claims (5)
- 電気自動車用バッテリーパックであって、
所定の間隔で配置された複数の板状型電池セルと、
隣接する電池セル同士の間に介在され両端が開放されているスリット冷却流路と、
前記電池セルの配列方向に沿って断面積が一定である冷媒流動空間を規定し、前記スリット冷却流路の一端及び他端とそれぞれ連通されてなる、第1冷却流路と、第2冷却流路とを有してなるU字型冷却構造とを備えてなり、
前記冷媒が、前記第1冷却流路、各々のスリット冷却流路、及び前記第2冷却流路を通じて移動しながら前記電池セルを冷却するとき、
前記第1冷却流路の入口と、前記第2冷却流路の出口とが、入口流量及び出口流量に対して以下の式を満たすことを特徴とする、電気自動車用バッテリーパック。
- 前記冷却構造における冷媒流出によって、前記出口流量が、前記入口流量の70%から80%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気自動車用バッテリーパック。
- 前記冷媒が空気であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気自動車用バッテリーパック。
- 前記入口を通じて、前記冷媒を前記冷却構造に供給する駆動力が、前記入口に設けられた送風ファンによって提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気自動車用バッテリーパック。
- 前記式において、Cが0.85から1.15であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気自動車用バッテリーパック。
