Claims (7)
- 本体操作部に挿入部を連結して設け、この挿入部は、前記本体操作部への連結側から順に、軟性部、湾曲部及び先端硬質部から構成され、前記湾曲部は前記本体操作部に設けた湾曲操作手段を操作することにより湾曲操作されるようにした内視鏡において、
前記軟性部内には、この軟性部が曲がっているときに、それを直線化する軟性部直線化手段を設け、
この軟性部直線化手段は、前記湾曲操作手段の操作に連動して前記軟性部を直線化するように動作させる連動機構を備える
構成としたことを特徴とする内視鏡。 - 前記軟性部直線化手段は、一端が前記軟性部と前記湾曲部との連結部に固定され、他端が前記本体操作部内に設けた直線化用プーリに巻回させた牽引操作ワイヤから構成され、前記軟性部の内面には、前記牽引操作ワイヤを円周方向に位置決めする位置決め部を設ける構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の内視鏡。
- 前記湾曲操作手段は、一端が前記湾曲部の先端位置に固定された湾曲操作ワイヤと、この湾曲操作ワイヤが巻回された湾曲用プーリと、この湾曲用プーリに連結した回転軸と、この回転軸を回転させる操作ノブとを有する構成となし、前記直線化用プーリは前記回転軸により回転駆動されるものであり、この直線化用プーリは前記湾曲用プーリより小さい直径を有するものであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の内視鏡。
- 前記軟性部直線化手段を構成する前記牽引操作ワイヤに、固定部と前記直線化用プーリへの巻回部との間に、前記湾曲操作手段の操作に対する遅れを生じさせるための余長を持たせるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項3記載の内視鏡。
- 前記直線化用プーリはモータで回転駆動されるものであり、前記湾曲操作手段の操作により前記湾曲部が湾曲する途中位置から前記モータが作動するように連動する連動機構を有する構成としたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の内視鏡。
- 前記連動機構は、前記湾曲操作手段を操作したときに前記モータを連動させる連動作動モードと、前記モータを停止状態に保持する湾曲操作単独作動モードとの間で切り換える切換スイッチを備える構成としたことを特徴とする請求項5記載の内視鏡。
- 前記湾曲操作手段は、前記湾曲部を上下,左右の4方向に湾曲操作可能な構成となし、前記直線化手段は前記湾曲操作手段の上下いずれかの方向への操作時に連動して前記軟性部を直線化するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の内視鏡。
