また、シールされる時にZ方向の裂け目を作り出すことなしに容易に開封されることができるシール可能な外側層を有する熱可塑性フィルム構造を提供することを他の目的とする。
さらに、例えば、物品又は製品を包んだり剥離可能にシールするためのフィルムを提供することを他の目的とする。
(フィルムの調製)
三層の重合体チューブを、コア層(比較例におけるポリプロピレン単独重合体及び本発明の実施例におけるポリプロピレン−ポリエチレンブロック共重合体)、並びにコア層の一つの側にスキン層としてのポリエチレン/ポリプロピレン/ポリブチレン三元重合体(ランダム共重合体)の層及びコア層の他の側に積層(ラミネーション)層としてのポリプロピレン/ポリエチレンランダム共重合体及びポリプロピレン/ポリブチレンランダム共重合体の混合物を共押し出しすることによって形成した。このチューブは、冷却され、続いて再加熱して、インフレーション成形し(being blown)、三層の二軸配向フィルムチューブを製造した。このフィルムチューブを挟んで(nip)積層し、約0.7μmの厚さの内側積層(ラミネーション)層、この内側積層(ラミネーション)層のいずれかの側に約28μm〜約29μmの厚さのコア層、及び約0.3μmの厚さのランダム三元重合体のスキン層を有する積層(ラミネーテッド)フィルムを形成した。
Claims (22)
- フィルム厚さの90%を超える厚さを有するブロック共重合体の基材と、
前記基材上に形成されたシール可能なコーティング層及び/又はスキン層とを有するシール及び剥離可能なフィルムであって、
前記基材の内部で剥離が開始されるシール及び剥離可能なフィルム。 - フィルム厚さの90%を超える厚さを有する二種のブロック共重合体成分からなるコア層と、一層のシール可能なスキン層とを有するフィルムであり、前記コア層の内部の二種のブロック共重合体成分間で剥離が開始される、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 前記スキン層は、本質的にシール可能である、請求項2に記載のフィルム。
- 前記スキン層は、シール可能なコーティングによって被覆されている、請求項2又は3に記載のフィルム。
- 前記シール可能なコーティング層及び/又はスキン層は、ヒートシール可能である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記ブロック共重合体の基材又はコア層は、全体のフィルム厚さの95%を超える厚さを有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム。

前記パッケージは、物品を前記フィルムで包み込むことにより形成されて少なくとも一つのフィルム重なり領域を得るように包装され、かつ、得られた前記フィルム重なり領域を互いにヒートシールして前記パッケージの少なくとも一つのシール領域を提供し、
前記シール領域は、効果的に、前記シール領域において又は前記シール領域の周りで前記フィルムの実質的な裂け目を生じさせることなく、前記フィルム重なり領域を手で分離することにより、その後開封可能であるシール・パッケージ。 - 前記重合体フィルムは、前記ブロック共重合体の基材と、異なる材料からなる少なくとも一層のスキン層とを有する多層フィルムである、請求項10に記載のシール・パッケージ。
- 前記少なくとも一層のスキン層は、重合体材料、単独重合体及び/又は共重合体材料、並びに2以上の前記材料からなる混合物から選択される、請求項11に記載のシール・パッケージ。
- ブロック共重合体の基材と、前記基材上に形成された少なくとも一層のスキン層とを有し、前記基材の内部で剥離が開始されることが可能な重合体フィルムで形成されたシール・パッケージであって、
前記スキン層は、シール可能な材料で形成されるか、又はシール可能なコーティングで被覆され、
前記パッケージは、物品を前記フィルムで包み込むことにより形成されて少なくとも一つのフィルム重なり領域を得るように包装され、かつ、得られた前記フィルム重なり領域を互いにシールして前記パッケージの少なくとも一つのシール領域を提供し、
前記シール領域は、効果的に、前記シール領域において又は前記シール領域の周りで前記フィルムの実質的な裂け目を生じさせることなく、前記フィルム重なり領域を手で分離することにより、その後開封可能であるシール・パッケージ。 - 前記シール可能な材料及び/又は前記シール可能なコーティングは、ヒートシール可能な材料であり、
前記フィルム重なり領域は、ヒートシールにより互いにシールされる、請求項13に記載のシール・パッケージ。 - 前記シール・パッケージを形成するのに用いられる前記フィルムは、ブロック共重合体の基材と、少なくとも一層のスキン層と、前記スキン層上に形成されたヒートシール可能なコーティングとを有する、請求項14に記載のシール・パッケージ。
- 前記フィルムのウェブから前記重合体のフィルムのシートを切断し、前記切断した重合体のフィルムシートで物品を包装して包装端部が重なるフィルムチューブを形成し、前記重なった端部を周(ガース)シールすることによって形成され、その後、前記チューブは、各端部で閉端され、封筒又は小包(パーセル)シールを形成するようにシールされる、請求項10〜14のいずれか1項に記載のシール・パッケージ。
- 前記シール・パッケージは、書類包み(リームラップ)パッケージである、請求項15に記載のシール・パッケージ。
- 前記シール・パッケージは、上包(オーバーラップ)パッケージである、請求項15に記載のシール・パッケージ。
- 前記ブロック共重合体の基材又はコアは、少なくとも一種のオレフィン成分を含有する、請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム又はシール・パッケージ。
- 少なくとも二種のオレフィン成分が存在し、
前記ブロック共重合体は、少なくとも部分的に、一種のオレフィン成分又は複数のオレフィン成分の混合物と、他種のオレフィン成分又は複数のオレフィン成分の混合物とのブロック共重合によって形成される、請求項19に記載のフィルム又はシール・パッケージ。 - 前記ブロック共重合体の基材は、ポリプロピレンと、ポリエチレンとを含有する、請求項19又は20に記載のフィルム又はシール・パッケージ。
- 少なくとも一種のインクでその表面層上に印刷された、請求項10〜21のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム又はシール・パッケージ。
