まず、本発明のナノファイバー合糸装置の第1の実施形態について、図1〜図4を参照して説明する。
次に、本発明のナノファイバー合糸装置の第2の実施形態について、図5を参照して説明する。なお、以下の実施形態の説明においては、先行する実施形態の構成要素と同一の構成要素について同じ参照符号を付して説明を省略し、主として相違点についてのみ説明する。
次に、本発明のナノファイバー合糸装置の第3の実施形態について、図6を参照して説明する。
次に、本発明のナノファイバー合糸装置の第4の実施形態について、図7を参照して説明する。

Claims (5)
- 芯糸を所定の芯糸移動経路に供給する芯糸供給工程と、
芯糸移動経路の周囲に配置した少なくとも1つの小穴から原料溶液を流出させるとともに流出する原料溶液に電荷を帯電させ、静電爆発にて延伸させてナノファイバーを生成するナノファイバー生成工程と、
芯糸移動経路の回りに複数の凸部が配置された収集電極に帯電したナノファイバーが向かうように電界を形成するとともに、小穴と収集電極とを芯糸移動経路の回りに相対的に回転させ、ナノファイバーを芯糸に絡ませる合糸工程と、
芯糸にナノファイバーが絡まった糸条を回収する回収工程とを有し、
前記回収工程において、前記収集電極の軸芯部に形成された前記芯糸移動経路が貫通する貫通孔を通して吸引することを特徴とするナノファイバーの合糸方法。 - ナノファイバー生成工程において、小穴を芯糸移動経路の回りに回転させ、合糸工程において収集電極を小穴とは逆方向に回転させることを特徴とする請求項1記載のナノファイバーの合糸方法。
- 芯糸を所定の芯糸移動経路に供給する芯糸供給手段と、
芯糸移動経路の周囲に配置されて原料溶液を流出させる少なくとも1つの小穴を有し、流出する原料溶液に電荷を帯電させて静電爆発にて延伸させてナノファイバーを生成するナノファイバー生成手段と、
原料溶液の帯電電荷とは逆極性の電圧を印加され若しくは接地され、ナノファイバー生成手段に対向する面の芯糸移動経路の回りに複数の凸部が配置された収集電極と、
ナノファイバー生成手段の小穴と収集電極を芯糸移動経路の回りに相対的に回転させる回転手段と、
芯糸にナノファイバーが絡まった糸条を回収する回収手段と、
前記収集電極の軸芯部に形成された前記芯糸移動経路が貫通する貫通孔を通して吸引する吸引手段を
備えたことを特徴とするナノファイバーの合糸装置。 - 回転手段は、少なくとも小穴を芯糸移動経路の回りに回転させる小穴回転手段若しくは収集電極を芯糸移動経路の回りに回転させる電極回転手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項3記載のナノファイバーの合糸装置。
- 回転手段は、小穴回転手段と電極回転手段の両方を備え、かつ両方の回転手段は互いに回転方向が逆であることを特徴とする請求項4記載のナノファイバーの合糸装置。
