Claims (1)
- 球面状の内周面に、軸方向に延び、軸方向両端面に開口した複数の案内溝を形成した円筒状の外輪と、球面状の外周面に軸方向に延びる複数の案内溝を形成した内輪と、外輪の案内溝と内輪の案内溝とが協働して形成する複数のボールトラックに1個ずつ配されたトルク伝達用のボールと、前記ボールを保持する保持器とを備えた等速自在継手を二個有し、別体に製作した二つの前記外輪同士を、アダプタフランジを挟んで背面合わせで同軸で一体化すると共に、前記一体化した外輪の開口側外周面と前記内輪に連結したシャフトとの間を金属環付きブーツで覆い、前記内輪の案内溝の曲率中心を、前記外輪の案内溝の曲率中心よりも、前記一体化した外輪の開口側にオフセットさせることにより、前記複数のボールトラックが、前記一体化した外輪の開口側に向けて、前記外輪の案内溝と前記内輪の案内溝との半径方向間隔を狭めた楔状をなした複合型等速自在継手。
