Description
Claims (12)
- 下流端に吐出オリフィスを有し、かつ液体供給源に接続するための入口を上流端に有するノズル本体であって、前記入口と前記吐出オリフィスとの間で連通する液体流路が貫通して延びるノズル本体と、
前記吐出オリフィスの上流で、前記ノズル本体に対して固定され係合されて液体流路に配置された外周を有すると共に、円形の上流端面および下流端面を有するベーンであって、前記ベーンの略周方向に配置されて前記ベーンの上流端面および下流端面の間を延びると共に、上流端面および下流端面を貫通して延びる複数のV字状通路を有するベーンと、
前記ベーンと前記吐出オリフィスとの間に前記液体流路によって画定される旋回および混合チャンバと、を備え、
前記V字状通路のそれぞれが、前記ベーンの長手軸線に対して所定の角度を成す直線状の頂部をもった相互に鋭角を成す一対の側壁を有する、フルコーン液体噴射ノズル。 - 前記ベーンが上流筒状部分および下流切頭円錐形部分を含む、請求項1に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記ベーンが前記流路に保持されるように前記ノズル本体の流路の内壁に係合された複数の座部を前記ベーンの筒状部分に画定するように、前記V字状通路が配置構成された、請求項2に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記V字状通路の各々の頂部が、前記ベーンの軸心から偏位した位置で、前記ベーンの下流面と交差する、請求項1に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記V字状通路の頂部を通る円によって画定される略円形端面を形成するように、前記V字状通路と前記ベーンの下流面との交差がある、請求項4に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記略円形端面が前記ベーンの下流端面の直径の1/8以下の直径を有する、請求項5に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記ベーンの下流端面に向かって見たときに前記円形端面から外向きに延びる複数の表面積脚を画定するように、前記V字状通路が配置構成された、請求項5に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 各表面積脚の幅が前記ベーンの下流面の直径の約1/4の最大幅を有する、請求項7に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記ベーンの前記筒状部分が前記筒状部分の軸方向長さの約7倍の直径を有する、請求項2に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記切頭円錐形部分が前記ベーンの下流面位置で、前記切頭円錐形部分の軸方向長さの約4倍の直径を有する、請求項2に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記ベーンの下流面が前記吐出オリフィスから前記吐出オリフィスの長さの約7倍の距離にくるように、前記ベーンが前記液体流路に配置された、請求項1に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記ベーンの各V字状通路の前記側壁が約40°から50°の間の角度を画定する、請求項1に記載の噴射ノズル。
