Claims (10)
- 軸受(3)によって支持されるスリーブ(15)内で係合されるガスタービンエンジンシャフト(14)の端部を、ナット(16)を使用して固締するためのシステムであって、ナット(16)が前記スリーブ(15)内において一端でねじ止めされ、セグメントタイプの連結部(18)によって他端でシャフトと連結され、セグメント(18)が環状の割りリングを形成し、ナット(16)が円筒状の形状を有し、引っ込み位置のセグメントを含むのに十分な深さの外側溝(16 2 )を備えることを特徴とする、システム。
- ナットがセグメントのための軸方向の停止部を形成する表面(161)を備え、この表面が溝(162)から離れている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- セグメント(18)が前記停止部を形成する表面(161)に当たる場合に、スリーブ(15)の内表面に作製される溝(141)にその高さ部分にわたりセグメントが収容される、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- ナット固定器具(17)を備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- シャフト(14)およびスリーブ(16)が、軸方向のスプライン(153、143)によって一方が他方の内部に案内される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- シャフト(14)がツインスプールガスタービンエンジンの高圧圧縮機のシャフトであって、スリーブがアクセサリギアボックスの伝動軸を駆動するためのベベルホイール(15)である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- ベベルホイール(15)が、ナットをねじ止めする間、軸受を軸方向に締付けるための手段を備える、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- ツインスプールタービンエンジンの高圧圧縮機のシャフトをその前部軸受に取付ける方法であって、
軸受を加熱することと、
請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のシステムのナットをシャフトに取付けることと、
ナットをねじ止めすることと、
