Claims (1)
- 保護回路に温度監視用のサーミスタを備えた電池パックにおいて、
漏洩電流検出電極と半導体スイッチからなる漏洩電流検出回路であって、前記漏洩電流検出電極が導通すると前記半導体スイッチをオンするように接続された前記漏洩電流検出回路を、前記保護回路内で前記漏洩電流検出電極を前記電池パックの外部接続端子の1つに接続し、かつ、前記半導体スイッチの各出力端子を前記サーミスタの各端子と兼用することで前記サーミスタと並列に接続し、前記サーミスタの各端子を、前記サーミスタの出力端子及び前記電池パックの外部接続端子のうち前記漏洩電流検出電極と接続されていない端子に接続し、前記サーミスタの出力端子を充電器の充電制御回路に接続することを特徴とする電池パック。
