Claims (10)
- (a)25℃、大気圧で水への溶解度が0.1%未満である水不溶性のポリマー;
(b)混合の間、その融点より高く加熱される親水性剤;および
(c)水蒸気、酸素、酸および塩基からなる群から選ばれる特定の液体、蒸気または気体を吸収するモレキュラーシーブ、を含むモノリシック組成物であって;混合後の成分の組み合わせが、前記親水性剤の相互連結チャンネルを有する、少なくとも3つの相を含む組成物を形成し;
該モノリシック組成物が、相互連結チャンネルを有する可塑(plastic)構造を含み;
該相互連結チャンネルを通して、前記特定の液体、蒸気または気体が透過させられ;且つ
、該相互連結チャンネルが前記親水性剤によって占められて(occupied)おり;
前記水不溶性のポリマーが、ポリオレフィン、ポリカーボネート、およびポリアミドからなる群から選ばれ、
前記親水性剤が、ポリグリコール、ポリ(エチレンビニルアルコール)、グリセリン、およびポリビニルアルコールからなる群から選ばれるモノリシック組成物。 - 前記モレキュラーシーブが、ポリマーに対して、10〜60質量%の量で存在する請求項1の組成物。
- 前記水不溶性のポリマーが、熱可塑性のポリオレフィン、ポリカーボネート、およびポリアミドからなる群から選ばれる請求項1の組成物。
- シート、フィルム、ペレット、およびビーズからなる群から選ばれる物品の形態に成形された請求項1の組成物。
- 特定の蒸気または気体が、湿分(moisture)である請求項1の組成物。
- 特定の蒸気または気体が、酸素である請求項1の組成物。
- 前記親水性剤が、25℃、大気圧での水への溶解度が少なくとも1%である請求項1の組成物。
- 請求項1の組成物から製造される製造品(article of manufacture)。
- 制御された環境を必要とする物品(item)を含む容器または包装であって;該容器または包装が、その中に前記物品を収納するために使用される請求項8の製造品。
- 以下を含む、請求項1の組成物の製造方法:
(a)ポリオレフィン、ポリカーボネート、およびポリアミドからなる群から選ばれる前記水不溶性熱可塑性ポリマーおよび親水性剤であって、そのポリマーと親水性剤が相互に可溶でないものを組合せ;
(b)前記ポリマーおよび前記剤を混合し;

(e)ステップ(d)の成分を混合し;
