Description
Claims (12)
- 連続的に積み重ねた2個以上の板形状バッテリーセルを備えてなるバッテリーモジュールであって、
前記板形状バッテリーセルのそれぞれが、カソード/セパレータ/アノード構造の電極アセンブリーが、樹脂層および金属層を包含するラミネートシートから形成されたバッテリーケース中に取り付けられており、
前記バッテリーセルの充電及び放電の際に、前記バッテリーセルから発生した熱を除去するために、複数の熱交換板と及び前記熱交換板とが接続されているフレームを包含する熱交換部材が、前記バッテリーセルの積重構造の片側に取り付けられてなり、
前記各バッテリーセルの前記バッテリーケースに形成され、電極端子が形成されていない、少なくとも一部の密封部分が延長されて形成され、前記密封部分の少なくとも一部が残りの密封部分より長いものであり、及び
前記熱交換部材が前記延長密封部分上に配置されてなる、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ラミネートシートが、熱溶接可能な内側樹脂層と、隔離金属層と、及び優れた耐久性を示す外側樹脂層とを包含する、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記熱交換板が、前記積み重ねられたバッテリーセル間にそれぞれ少なくとも部分的に挿入されてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記熱交換板のそれぞれが、前記各バッテリーセルの幅の50〜100%に等しい幅を有してなるものである、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記フレームが、一個以上の熱交換媒体通路を備えてなり、前記一個以上の熱交換媒体通路を通じて熱交換媒体が流れるものである、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記熱交換部材の前記フレームがスリットを備えてなり、
前記スリットを通して、前記各々のバッテリーセルの前記延長密封部分が挿入されてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記各々のバッテリーセルの前記延長密封部分が、前記熱交換部材の対応する前記スリットを通して挿入されてなり、
前記熱交換部材の前記熱交換板が前記各々のバッテリーセル間に挿入されてなる、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記各々のバッテリーセルの前記延長密封部分が、前記熱交換部材の対応する前記スリットを通して挿入されてなり、
前記熱交換部材の前記熱交換板が、前記バッテリーセル積重構造と反対の方向に配置されてなる、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記熱交換板が、前記各々の延長密封部分と接触してなる、請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記熱交換部材が、金属材料又は炭素材料から製造されてなるものである、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 複数の板形状バッテリーセルを備えてなるバッテリーモジュールの熱を放散させるための熱交換部材であって、
(a)2個以上の熱交換板と、及び
(b)前記熱交換板の各々の片側が接続されてなるフレームとを備えてなり、
前記フレームがスリットを有し、前記スリットを通して前記各々のバッテリーセルの密封部分が挿入されてなり、
前記スリットが前記各々の熱交換板接続区域間に配置されてなり、
前記フレームが、一個以上の熱交換媒体通路を備えてなり、前記一個以上の熱交換媒体通路を通じて、熱交換媒体が流れるものである、熱交換部材。 - 所望の電力及び容量に基づいて、請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを組み合わせることにより製造されてなり、
電気自動車またはハイブリッド電気自動車用の電力供給源として使用される、中型又は大型バッテリーパック。
