Claims (7)
- 豚、牛の心膜、又は人の屍体の心臓弁のような、動物又は人由来の生物組織の生体適合性を増すための処理方法であって、上記組織を乾燥し、しかる後に上記組織の物理的プラズマ処理としてのプラズマガス法において、窒素、水素、アルゴン、又は酸素をイオン化ガスとして用い、プラズマ生成のためのエネルギー入力が、高周波電磁場によって行われることを特徴とする、処理方法。
- プラズマ処理が、大気圧条件下でプラズマジェットを用いることによる、大気圧プラズマによって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 乾燥が、真空及び温度の影響によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- プラズマ処理後、乾燥した移植片に水分が供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は3に記載の方法。
- プラズマ処理を受ける組織に、生体適合性の金属含有被膜が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 金属含有被膜が、PACVD法によってつけられることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 金属含有被膜が、Ti、Ta、Nb、Zr、Hf、Ir、Au、Pd、Pt、Ag及びCuからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
