上記展開層が、絶縁性を有する展開部形成用基板上に設けられ、電極センサ部とクロマトセンサ部とが、上記電極センサ部の電気伝導性層と上記クロマトセンサ部の展開層との間に上記展開部形成用基板を介装させた姿勢で、重ねられて構成されていることを特徴とする。
Claims (5)
- 被検査溶液に含まれる分析対象物質を定性あるいは定量するためのバイオセンサであって、
絶縁性を有する電極部形成用基板に電気伝導性層が設けられて電気化学的信号を検出する電極部が形成された電極センサ部と、被検査溶液を毛細管流にて展開させる展開層が設けられたクロマトセンサ部とを備え、上記電極部および展開層が臨む箇所または通じる箇所に、被検査溶液が供給される被検査溶液供給部が設けられ、上記電極センサ部およびクロマトセンサ部の展開層および被検査溶液供給部の少なくとも1箇所に試薬部が設けられ、上記電極センサ部とクロマトセンサ部とが、重ねられて構成され、
上記展開層が、絶縁性を有する展開部形成用基板上に設けられ、電極センサ部とクロマトセンサ部とが、上記電極センサ部の電気伝導性層と上記クロマトセンサ部の展開層との間に上記展開部形成用基板を介装させた姿勢で、重ねられて構成されていることを特徴とするバイオセンサ。 - 展開層の一部に、分析対象物質に対して特異的に反応する試薬が固定化された試薬固定化部が設けられ、
被検査溶液供給部または展開層の一部に、被検査溶液との接触により溶出可能で、分析対象物質に対して特異的に反応する標識試薬が保持された標識試薬保持部が設けられ、上記試薬固定化部における上記標識試薬の反応度合を測定することにより、被検査溶液中の分析対象物質成分を定性もしくは定量することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバイオセンサ。 - 被検査溶液は血液であり、血液成分は濾過されることなく展開層を展開し、展開層における少なくとも1つの応答値と、上記電極部における少なくとも1つの応答値とが測定可能に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバイオセンサ。
- 電極部の一部に、被検査溶液中の任意の物質と特異的に反応する試薬により構成された試薬部が設けられ、
前記試薬部は、被検査溶液との接触により水和あるいは溶解可能であり、上記試薬部における反応度合を電流応答値として測定することにより、被検査溶液中の任意の物質を定性もしくは定量測定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバイオセンサ。 - 電極部の一部に、被検査溶液中の分析対象物と特異的に反応する試薬により構成された試薬部が設けられ、上記試薬部は、被検査溶液との接触により水和あるいは溶解可能であり、
展開層の一部に、分析対象物質に対して特異的に反応する試薬が固定化された試薬固定化部が設けられ、被検査溶液供給部または展開層の一部に、被検査溶液との接触により溶出可能で、分析対象物質に対して特異的に反応する標識試薬が保持された標識試薬保持部が設けられ、上記試薬部における反応度合を電流応答値として測定することと、上記試薬固定化部における上記標識試薬の反応度合を測定することと、により、被検査溶液中の任意の数の分析対象物質成分を定性もしくは定量することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバイオセンサ。
