Claims (9)
- 偏心部を有するモータ側回転部材を回転駆動するモータ部と、
前記モータ側回転部材の回転を減速して出力側回転部材に伝達する減速部と、
前記モータ部および前記減速部を保持するケーシングとを備え、
前記減速部は、
前記偏心部に相対回転自在に保持されて、前記モータ側回転部材の回転に伴ってその回転軸心を中心とする公転運動を行う公転部材と、
前記ケーシングに固定され、前記公転部材の外周部に係合して前記公転部材の自転運動を生じさせる外周係合部材と、
前記公転部材の自転運動を前記モータ側回転部材の回転軸心を中心とする回転運動に変換して前記出力側回転部材に伝達する運動変換機構とを含み、
前記運動変換機構は、
前記公転部材を厚み方向に貫通する複数の貫通孔と、
軸方向一方側端部を前記出力側回転部材に保持され、前記貫通孔との間に径方向の隙間を隔てた状態で前記貫通孔に挿通される複数の内ピンと、
前記内ピンの前記貫通孔に対面する位置に配置される内ピンカラーと、
前記出力側回転部材と前記内ピンカラーとの間に配置されて前記内ピンカラーの軸方向の移動を規制するスラストプレートとで構成され、
前記出力側回転部材は、
フランジ部と、
前記フランジ部に前記内ピンの軸方向一方側端部を受け入れる複数の孔と、
前記フランジ部の内壁面に潤滑油を保持するための円周溝と、
前記円周溝から前記孔に向かって径方向外側に延びる潤滑油通路とを有し、
前記スラストプレートは、
前記複数の内ピンが通される中央貫通孔が形成されている円盤状部材であって、前記内ピンカラーの軸方向端面に当接する壁面のうち前記中央貫通孔に接する位置に前記内ピンカラーの軸方向端部を受け入れる凹部を有し、前記凹部の外周部が前記内ピンカラーの外径面に当接する、モータ駆動装置。 - 前記運動変換機構は、
フランジ形状の部材で、その厚み方向一方側の壁面に全ての前記内ピンの軸方向他方側端部を受け入れる複数の孔と、
フランジの内壁面に潤滑油を保持するための円周溝と、
前記円周溝から前記孔に向かって径方向外側に延びる潤滑油通路とを含む側板をさらに有する、請求項1に記載のモータ駆動装置。 - 前記スラストプレートは前記内ピンカラーと前記側板との間にもさらに配置される、請求項2に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記潤滑油通路の径方向外側の壁面は、前記内ピンに向かって傾斜する傾斜面である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記潤滑油通路は、前記孔に連通している、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のモータ駆
動装置。 - 前記モータ側回転部材の内部に設けられる潤滑油路と、
前記潤滑油路から前記モータ側回転部材の外径面に向かって延びる潤滑油供給口と、
前記ケーシングに設けられ、前記減速部から潤滑油を排出する潤滑油排出口と、
前記潤滑油排出口および前記潤滑油路を接続し、前記潤滑油排出口から排出された潤滑油を前記潤滑油路に還流する循環油路とを備える、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のモータ駆動装置。 - 前記潤滑油路の先端から前記モータ側回転部材の軸方向端面に向かって延びる潤滑油供給口をさらに備える、請求項6に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記潤滑油供給口は、前記潤滑油路より直径が小さい、請求項6または7に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のモータ駆動装置と、
前記出力側回転部材としての車輪側回転部材に固定連結された車輪ハブとを備える、インホイールモータ駆動装置。
