Description
Claims (2)
- 半導体基板の受光面の反対側の裏面にp+層とn+層とが形成されている太陽電池セルの製造方法であって、
半導体基板の裏面にp型不純物を含むp型ペースト材およびn型不純物を含むn型ペースト材を付着させる工程と、
前記p型ペースト材および前記n型ペースト材を覆うように前記半導体基板の前記裏面に拡散防止膜を形成する工程と、
前記半導体基板を加熱することによって前記p型ペースト材に含まれる前記p型不純物を前記半導体基板に拡散させてp+層を形成する工程と、
前記半導体基板を加熱することによって前記n型ペースト材に含まれる前記n型不純物を前記半導体基板に拡散させてn+層を形成する工程と、
前記半導体基板の前記受光面をエッチングすることによってテクスチャ構造を形成する工程と、を含み、
前記テクスチャ構造を形成する工程において、前記拡散防止膜は前記テクスチャ構造の形成時のエッチングマスクを兼ねる、太陽電池セルの製造方法。 - 前記拡散防止膜が酸化シリコン膜からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽電池セルの製造方法。
