Description
(1) 玉型形状データ、レンズの前面及び後面のコバ位置データ、ヤゲン加工,溝掘り加工又はファセット加工の設定に基づいてその加工軌跡を演算し、設定された加工の加工具にてレンズ周縁を加工する眼鏡レンズ周縁加工装置において、前記玉型形状データ及びコバ位置データに基づいて玉型正面図形を画面に表示すると共に、仕上げ加工後のレンズを側面方向から観察したときのコバ側面図形であって、設定された前記加工軌跡に基づいて設定されたレンズコバ上の加工軌跡の図形を含むコバ側面図形を前記玉型正面図形の観察方向の位置に表示する表示手段と、前記表示手段に表示される前記コバ側面図形についてのレンズの観察方向を360度の全方向で任意に指定可能な方向指定手段であって、画面の所定方向に位置する前記コバ側面図形に対して前記玉型正面図形をその幾何中心又は加工中心を中心に回転させて表示するための回転指示信号、又は前記玉型正面図形の回りに前記コバ側面図形を回転させて表示するための回転指示信号を入力可能な方向指定手段と、該方向指定手段により指定された観察方向に対応する観察状態に前記コバ側面図形の表示を変更する表示変更手段であって、前記回転指示信号に基づいて前記玉型正面図形をその幾何中心又は加工中心を中心に回転させると共に前記コバ側面図形の表示も連動して観察方向の変更に対応した観察状態に変更するか、又は前記回転指示信号に基づいて前記コバ側面図形を前記玉型正面図形の回りに回転させると共に前記コバ側面図形の表示を観察方向の変更に対応した観察状態に変更する表示変更手段と、を備えることを特徴とする。

として求められる。そして、面取り量Tにより、レンズ前面のコバ位置Q1に対するファセット加工点Q3の位置データが得られる。レンズ前面面取り砥石221aの加工面の傾斜角βは、予めメモリ51に記憶されている。

として得られる。これによって、玉型正面図形FT上でファセットラインFLfが玉型正面図形FT上に表示され、ファセット加工の適否が確認できる。

Claims (1)
- 玉型形状データ、レンズの前面及び後面のコバ位置データ、ヤゲン加工,溝掘り加工又はファセット加工の設定に基づいてその加工軌跡を演算し、設定された加工の加工具にてレンズ周縁を加工する眼鏡レンズ周縁加工装置において、
前記玉型形状データ及びコバ位置データに基づいて玉型正面図形を画面に表示すると共に、仕上げ加工後のレンズを側面方向から観察したときのコバ側面図形であって、設定された前記加工軌跡に基づいて設定されたレンズコバ上の加工軌跡の図形を含むコバ側面図形を前記玉型正面図形の観察方向の位置に表示する表示手段と、
前記表示手段に表示される前記コバ側面図形についてのレンズの観察方向を360度の全方向で任意に指定可能な方向指定手段であって、画面の所定方向に位置する前記コバ側面図形に対して前記玉型正面図形をその幾何中心又は加工中心を中心に回転させて表示するための回転指示信号、又は前記玉型正面図形の回りに前記コバ側面図形を回転させて表示するための回転指示信号を入力可能な方向指定手段と、
該方向指定手段により指定された観察方向に対応する観察状態に前記コバ側面図形の表示を変更する表示変更手段であって、前記回転指示信号に基づいて前記玉型正面図形をその幾何中心又は加工中心を中心に回転させると共に前記コバ側面図形の表示も連動して観察方向の変更に対応した観察状態に変更するか、又は前記回転指示信号に基づいて前記コバ側面図形を前記玉型正面図形の回りに回転させると共に前記コバ側面図形の表示を観察方向の変更に対応した観察状態に変更する表示変更手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする眼鏡レンズ周縁加工装置。
