Claims (10)
- エマルジョンを収容するための主空間を内部に形成した主タンクと、
前記主空間と連絡する乳化促進用空間を内部に形成した従タンクと、
一端を前記主空間と連絡して前記主空間内のエマルジョンを循環移動させるための循環連絡通路と、
前記循環連絡通路の途中に備えられるものであって前記主空間内のエマルジョンを前記循環連絡通路を経て移動させるための移送手段と、
一端を水タンクと油タンクに連絡して水や油を通過させる液体導入通路と、
前記従タンクの前記乳化促進用空間内に配置されるものであって、前記循環連絡通路の他端と連絡して前記循環連絡通路から導入するエマルジョンと前記液体導入通路の他端から導入する水や油とを混合させる混合用空間と、前記循環連絡通路からのエマルジョンを前記混合用空間に噴射して前記混合用空間に負圧を発生させるための第1ノズルとを備えた第1負圧混合器と、を有することを特徴とするエマルジョン製造装置。 - ハウジングと、そのハウジングに内に形成される混合用空間と、前記循環連絡通路からのエマルジョンを前記混合用空間に導入するための第1ノズルと、前記混合用空間と前記ハウジングの外部とを連絡する導入口と、を有する第2負圧混合器を、前記主タンクの前記主空間内に備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエマルジョン製造装置。
- 前記従タンクは上部に開口部を形成した容器形状のものとし、前記従タンクを前記主タンクの底部により下方に配置し、前記従タンクの上部開口部側を前記主タンクの底部に連結固定したことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のエマルジョン製造装置。
- 前記従タンクは上部に開口部を形成した容器形状のものとし、前記従タンクを前記主タンクの前記主空間内に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のエマルジョン製造装置。
- 前記第1負圧混合器が前記混合用空間内で混合したエマルジョンを前記乳化促進用空間内に噴射するための第2ノズルを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のエマルジョン製造装置。
- 前記主タンクに前記主空間内のエマルジョンの液面を検知する下限センサと上限センサとを取付けたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のエマルジョン製造装置。
- 前記液体導入通路は途中で分岐する水供給通路と油供給通路と乳化剤供給通路とを有し、前記水供給通路は前記水タンクと連絡し、前記油供給通路は油を収容する油用タンクと連絡し、前記乳化剤供給通路は前記乳化剤タンクと連絡し、前記水供給通路の途中にそれを開閉する第1開閉弁を備え、前記油供給通路の途中にそれを開閉する第2開閉弁を備え、前記乳化剤供給通路の途中にそれを開閉する第3開閉弁を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のエマルジョン製造装置。
- 循環連絡通路の途中で前記移送手段の下流側に火成岩のうち二酸化珪素を多く含む岩石を内部に収容する岩石収容器を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のエマルジョン製造装置。
- 前記火成岩のうち二酸化珪素を多く含む岩石の大半の大きさを5mm〜50mmとすることを特徴とする請求項8記載のエマルジョン製造装置。
- 前記火成岩のうち二酸化珪素を多く含む岩石を黒曜石としたことを特徴とする請求項8または9記載のエマルジョン製造装置。
