Description

The present invention relates to a technique for constructing a mask to be worn on a wearer's face.

Conventionally, for example, Patent Document 1 below discloses a mask that covers a wearer's mouth and nose, particularly a three-dimensional mask. In this three-dimensional mask, the mask main body is configured by joining a plurality of sheet pieces, and the non-woven fabric is doubled to form the mask main body, and the liquid-impregnated sheet is sandwiched between the nonwoven fabrics. ing.
JP 2006-187508 A

However, in the three-dimensional mask configured as described above, a structure for inserting the mounting member between the nonwoven fabrics is required to mount the mounting member such as a liquid-impregnated sheet on the mask main body, which complicates the mounting structure of the mounting member. Have a problem. Accordingly, there is a need for a technique for simplifying the mask structure when designing this type of three-dimensional mask in which an adherent member containing a volatile agent is attached to the mask body.
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of such a point, and the structure of a mask having a configuration in which an adherent member containing a predetermined volatilizing agent is attached to a mask main body made of a nonwoven fabric is simplified. It is an object to provide an effective technique for this.

In order to achieve the above object, the invention described in each claim is configured.

The mask which concerns on this invention is a mask with which a wearer's face is mounted | worn, Comprising: A mask main-body part, a pair of ear hook part, and a to-be-attached member are provided at least. The mask may be of a disposable type that is intended to be used once or several times, or may be of a type that can be used repeatedly after washing.

The mask body portion is a portion that covers at least the mouth and nose of the wearer, and the pair of ear hook portions are portions that extend from both sides of the mask body portion and are hooked on the wearer's ear. In this case, it is preferable that the ear hook is made of a stretchable material that does not give an excessive load to the ear, and the mask main body is breathable and has a good touch feeling. It is preferable to use a material having a lower stretchability than the ear hook portion, which has a good feel and is easy to maintain the shape when it is attached to the face.

The adherend member includes a plurality of volatile agent-containing bodies that contain a volatile agent and at least one surface has adhesiveness, and a nonwoven fabric sheet made of a nonwoven fabric.
It is set as the structure which makes the at least 1 surface which has the adhesiveness of a several volatile agent containing body makes the adhesion surface which adheres to a mask main-body part. That is, the adherent member is attached to the mask main body on one or more surfaces having the adhesiveness of the plurality of volatile agent-containing bodies. The volatilizing agent-containing body may be configured to have adhesiveness with the mask main body, and this adhesiveness is exhibited by the adhesive force or adhesive force of the volatilizing agent-containing body itself. Therefore, the adherent member may have a configuration (removable configuration) in which repeated deposition is allowed by the adhesive force of the volatile agent-containing body, or the mask body by the strong adhesive force of the volatile agent-containing body. It may be configured to be fixedly attached to the part. Moreover, this adherent member may be previously attached to the mask main body part, or may be attached to the mask main body part by the wearer when wearing the mask. In addition, with respect to the deposition area of the deposition member, the deposition area may be set on the wearing surface side of the mask body, or the outer surface of the mask body, that is, the surface opposite to the wearing surface. A deposition area may be set. In addition to this adherent member, another adherent member may be attached to the mask body.
According to such a configuration of the mask according to the present invention, the adherend member itself includes a plurality of volatile agent-containing bodies that contain a volatile agent and at least one surface has adhesiveness, thereby simplifying the mask structure. Can be achieved.

Moreover, it is set as the structure which makes the surface different from the adherence surface of a some volatile agent containing body the joint surface joined to a nonwoven fabric sheet. Typically, a sheet-like volatile agent-containing body and a nonwoven fabric sheet are laminated and joined in a laminated form. The nonwoven fabric sheet may be a nonwoven fabric sheet formed in one piece, may be constituted by a single piece of nonwoven fabric sheet without a seam or the like, or a plurality of nonwoven fabric sheets are stacked and laminated. Alternatively, it may have a configuration in which they are butted and joined.
According to the mask of such a structure, a nonwoven fabric sheet will intervene between a wearer and a volatile agent containing body, and it is prevented that a volatile agent containing body contacts a wearer directly. In addition, it is preferable that a nonwoven fabric sheet has the predetermined | prescribed rigidity which a bending | flexion of a to-be-adhered member itself does not produce, a bending, a twist etc. hardly occur. Thereby, it becomes possible to improve the adherence of the adherent member. Further, in the case of an adherent member that allows repeated deposition due to the adhesive strength of the volatile agent-containing body, this volatile agent-containing body overcomes the adhesive strength of the deposition surface acting on the mask main body, It is preferable that the non-woven fabric sheet is firmly bonded on a surface different from the adherend surface. Thereby, it becomes possible to perform smoothly the operation | movement which adheres an adherend member with respect to a mask main-body part repeatedly.

Moreover, the some volatile agent containing body joined to a nonwoven fabric sheet is set as the structure spaced apart and arrange | positioned on the sheet | seat surface of a nonwoven fabric sheet. The plurality of volatile agent-containing bodies are appropriately disposed in a portion of the adherend member suitable for adhesion of the volatile agent-containing body or a portion suitable for volatilization of the volatile agent from the volatile agent-containing body. Furthermore, a nonwoven fabric sheet is set as the structure which has a fold line between the several volatile agent containing body arrange | positioned spaced apart.
According to the mask having such a configuration, a folding region that allows folding of the adherend member is formed by a region between the volatile agent-containing bodies of the nonwoven fabric sheet, that is, a region where the volatile agent-containing body is not joined. It becomes possible to do. In other words, the volatile agent-containing body is disposed on both sides of the folded region of the nonwoven fabric sheet. Thereby, folding operation of a to-be-adhered member is not inhibited by a volatile agent containing body. Further, since the folding line is provided in the folding region, the folding operation of the adherend member can be easily performed. The folding line is effective as a means for positioning the adherent member with respect to the mask main body, thereby improving the attachability of the adherent member.

Moreover, in the mask of the further form concerning this invention, it is preferable that the said mask main-body part is a structure formed by the sheet piece which consists of a nonwoven fabric, and is made into three-dimensional shape at the time of mask wear. Thereby, when wearing a mask, a mouth space is formed between the mask main body and the wearer's mouth. This mask main body can be formed of one or a plurality of sheet pieces. Typically, the mask main body is formed by partially joining one sheet piece or joining all or part of a plurality of sheet pieces in a connected manner. The mask main body may be three-dimensional at least when wearing the mask, and may be three-dimensionally not only when wearing the mask but also before wearing the mask, or three-dimensional when wearing the mask. The mask main body may be flattened in a predetermined manner before wearing the mask. The sheet piece forming the mask main body is a sheet-like composition typically formed by fixing or intertwining fibers by a mechanical, chemical, or thermal process. Is composed of a non-woven fabric that contains heat-meltable fibers (thermoplastic fibers) in part and can be fused (welded).
According to the mask having such a configuration, it is possible to eliminate discomfort such as breathlessness when wearing the mask by forming a mouth space between the mask main body and the wearer's mouth, The volatile agent volatilized from the volatile agent-containing body of the adherend member is retained in the mouth space, and is effective in creating an environment useful for the wearer.

Moreover, in the mask of the further form which concerns on this invention, the said to-be-adhered member is provided with a sheet-like protective sheet. The protective sheet is preferably configured to be detachably attached to the adherend surface of the plurality of volatile agent-containing bodies.
According to the mask having such a configuration, the protective sheet is attached to the adherend surface of the plurality of volatile agent-containing bodies before the use of the adherend member or at the time of accommodation, and the adherend surface is protected and the adherend It is possible to suppress unnecessary volatilization of the volatile agent from the surface.

Moreover, in the mask of the further form which concerns on this invention, it is preferable that the said protective sheet is comprised as a single protective sheet removably attached to the adherence surface of a several volatile agent containing body.
According to the mask having such a configuration, the wearer does not need to perform the protection release operation of the volatile agent-containing body protected by the protective sheet for each volatile agent-containing body, and can perform the protection release operation at a time. It is possible and reasonable.

Moreover, in the mask of the further form which concerns on this invention, the said adherent member comprises the handle by a wearer by area | regions other than the area | region where the some volatile agent containing body and nonwoven fabric sheet were joined among the nonwoven fabric sheets. Preferably it is done.
According to the mask having such a configuration, it is effective for the wearer to handle the adherend member with his / her hand without touching the volatile agent-containing body having adhesiveness.

The mask covering member according to the present invention has a mask main body that covers at least the mouth and nose of the wearer, and a pair of ear hooks that extend from both sides of the mask main body and are hooked on the wearer's ears. The mask attaching member is attached to the mask. Typically, this mask adherence member is attached to a mask which is formed by a sheet piece made of a nonwoven fabric and is three-dimensional when the mask is worn. The mask covering member includes a plurality of volatile agent-containing bodies containing a volatile agent and having adhesiveness on at least one surface, and a non-woven fabric sheet made of a non-woven fabric . It is set as the structure which makes the at least 1 surface which has the adhesiveness of a several volatile agent containing body makes the adhesion surface which adheres to a mask main-body part.
According to the mask covering member having such a configuration, the mask covering member itself includes a plurality of volatile agent-containing bodies that contain a volatile agent and have at least one surface having adhesiveness. It is possible to simplify the structure of the landing member.

Moreover, it is set as the structure which makes the surface different from the adherence surface of a some volatile agent containing body the joint surface joined to a nonwoven fabric sheet.
According to the mask covering member having such a configuration, the nonwoven fabric sheet is interposed between the wearer and the volatile agent-containing body, and the volatile agent-containing body is prevented from coming into direct contact with the wearer. . In addition, it is preferable that a nonwoven fabric sheet has the predetermined | prescribed rigidity which a bending | flexion of a to-be-adhered member itself does not produce, a bending, a twist etc. hardly occur. Thereby, it becomes possible to improve the deposition operability of the mask deposition member. Further, in the case of a mask covering member that allows repeated deposition due to the adhesive strength of the volatile agent-containing body, the volatile agent-containing body overcomes the adhesive strength of the deposition surface that acts on the mask body. Thus, it is preferable that the non-woven fabric sheet is firmly bonded on a surface different from the adherend surface. Accordingly, it is possible to smoothly perform an operation of repeatedly applying the mask applying member to the mask main body.

Moreover, the some volatile agent containing body joined to a nonwoven fabric sheet is set as the structure spaced apart and arrange | positioned on the sheet | seat surface of a nonwoven fabric sheet. Furthermore, a nonwoven fabric sheet is set as the structure which has a fold line between the several volatile agent containing body arrange | positioned spaced apart.
According to the mask covering member having such a configuration, the mask covering member can be folded by the region between the volatile agent-containing bodies of the nonwoven fabric sheet , that is, the region where the volatile agent-containing body is not joined. It is possible to form an allowable folding region. In other words, the volatile agent-containing body is disposed on both sides of the folded region of the nonwoven fabric sheet . Thereby, folding operation of the mask covering member is not hindered by the volatile agent-containing body. In addition, since the folding line is provided in the folding area, the folding operation of the mask covering member can be easily performed. This fold line is effective as a means for positioning the mask adherent with respect to the mask body, thereby improving the operability of the mask adherent.

Moreover, it is preferable that the mask covering member according to a further embodiment of the present invention includes a sheet-like protective sheet that is detachably attached to the surface to which the plurality of volatile agent-containing bodies are attached. .
According to the mask deposition member having such a configuration, the protective sheet is deposited on the deposition surface of the plurality of volatile agent-containing bodies before or during use of the mask deposition member. It is possible to protect and suppress unnecessary volatilization of the volatile agent from the adherend surface.

It is possible and reasonable.

Moreover, in the mask covering member of the further form which concerns on this invention, the handle by a wearer is comprised by area | regions other than the area | region where the some volatile agent containing body and nonwoven fabric sheet were joined among the said nonwoven fabric sheets. It is preferable.
According to the mask covering member having such a configuration, it is effective for the wearer to handle the covering member while holding the handle by hand without touching the volatile agent-containing body having adhesiveness.

As described above, according to the present invention, in a mask having a configuration in which an adherend member containing a predetermined volatile agent is attached to a mask main body portion made of a nonwoven fabric, the mask body portion particularly contains a volatile agent and has at least one surface. By providing the adherent volatilizer-containing body on the adherend member itself, the structure can be simplified.

Hereinafter, the configuration of the mask 1 which is an embodiment of the “mask” in the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. The mask 1 is configured as a disposable mask that is assumed to be used once or several times. It can be used not only as a barrier function as a countermeasure against viruses such as pollen countermeasures and colds, but also as a mask assuming various functional additions in the space environment, including moisturizing in the mouth and nasal spaces.

1 and 2 are referred to for the overall configuration of the mask 1 of the present embodiment. FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a mask 1 of the present embodiment, and FIG. 2 shows a view of the mask 1 in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the mask 1 of the present embodiment is roughly divided into a mask main body 2, an ear hook 3, and an adherent member 10.

(Configuration of mask body 2)
The mask body 2 is configured as a part that covers the wearer's mouth and nose among the parts of the mask 1. The mask body 2 corresponds to the “mask body” in the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the mask main body 2 is worn by joining a right sheet piece 2a covering the wearer's right face and a left sheet piece 2b covering the left face to each other by heat welding. The wear surface 2d on the person side is configured to be recessed. In addition, a joining edge 2c extending in the vertical direction is formed at the joining portion of the right sheet piece 2a and the left sheet piece 2b, and the mask main body 2 is laterally separated from the joining edge 2c. Divided into two.

In addition, when the mask is worn, the mask main body 2 is set in a three-dimensional shape while the right sheet piece 2a and the left sheet piece 2b are set apart from each other as shown in FIG. When stored or when the mask is not used, the folded state (planar shape) in which the right sheet piece 2a and the left sheet piece 2b are in contact with each other is set. In addition, this mask main-body part 2 should just be made into a three-dimensional shape at least at the time of mask wear, and may be made into the same three-dimensional shape not only at the time of mask wear but before mask wear.

In this Embodiment, the mask main-body part 2, ie, the right side sheet piece 2a and the left side sheet piece 2b, are all formed using the nonwoven fabric of a thermoplastic synthetic fiber. As this thermoplastic fiber, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, etc. are used. Air-through method, spunbond method, thermal bond method, spunlace method, point bond method, melt blow method, stitch bond method, chemical bond method, needle Those having a basis weight of 30 to 150 g / m 2 manufactured by a punch method or the like can be used as appropriate. In addition, this non-woven fabric is breathable, has a good touch and feels good to wear, and is lower than the ear hook 3 so that the three-dimensional structure is easily retained when it is applied to the face. It is preferable to be stretchable. This nonwoven fabric corresponds to the “nonwoven fabric” in the present invention.

(Configuration of the ear hook 3)
The ear hooking portion 3 is configured to extend from the left and right sides of the mask main body portion 2, that is, from the respective end portions of the right sheet piece 2a and the left sheet piece 2b. The ear hook 3 corresponds to the “ear hook” in the present invention. Each ear hook 3 has a separate structure from the mask main body 2 and is configured to be partially overlapped and joined to the mask main body 2. Each ear hook 3 may be integrated with the mask body 2 as a part of the mask body 2. Each ear hook 3 is formed in a ring shape having an opening 3a. When the mask 1 is worn, the opening 3a of the ear hook 3 is hooked on the wearer's ear while the face of the wearer, in particular, the nose and mouth are covered with the mask body 2. The ear hook 3 is preferably formed of a non-woven thermoplastic synthetic fiber material like the mask main body 2 and a stretchable material that does not give an excessive load to the ear. Specifically, a stretch layer (for example, a nonwoven fabric in which propylene continuous fibers are welded together) and an elastic layer (for example, heat A configuration in which non-woven fabric using elastic yarn made of plastic synthetic fiber elastomer or urethane is superposed on each other and laminated can be suitably used.

(Configuration of deposition member 10)
The adherend member 10 is configured to extend in a strip shape (also referred to as “tape shape” or “plate shape”) in the left-right direction on the wearing surface 2 d of the mask main body 2. In particular, the deposition member 10 is configured to be detachable from a predetermined deposition area A on the wearing surface 2d side of the mask body 2. That is, the adhesion state (the state indicated by the broken line in FIG. 1 or the state indicated by the solid line in FIG. 2) in which the adherent member 10 is adhered to the adhesion region A on the wearing surface 2d side, and the wearing surface 2d side A desorption state (state indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 1) removed from the deposition region A can be formed. In addition, this adherent member 10 may be previously attached to the attachment area A on the wearing surface 2d side of the mask main body 2 or when the mask is worn, the wear surface 2d of the mask main body 2 by the wearer. It may be applied to the side application region A. Further, the adherend member 10 may be attached to the outer surface of the mask body 2. The adherend member 10 here corresponds to the “adhering member” and the “mask adhering member” in the present invention.

Regarding the dimension of the adherend member 10, a belt-like body having a longitudinal length d1 of 10 to 40 mm and a lateral length d2 of 100 to 150 mm can be obtained. In addition, the adherent member 10 is preferably configured such that the area on the wearing surface 2d side is a predetermined area ratio with respect to the entire area of the wearing surface 2d in order to ensure the desired air permeability of the mask body 2. . The shape of the adherend member 10 can be appropriately changed to a shape other than a rectangle, for example, a shape such as a square, a circle, an ellipse, and a polygon, as long as the shape satisfies the predetermined area ratio.

FIG. 3 is referred to regarding the specific structure of the adherend member 10. Here, FIG. 3 shows the structure of the adherent member 10 in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 3, the adherend member 10 is a sheet-like first sheet 11 and second sheet 12 each made of a non-woven fabric, and a pair of volatile agent-containing bodies formed into a sheet or block shape by a water gel body. 13 and 13, and the first sheet 11, the second sheet 12, and the volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13 are stacked and laminated. Further, a sheet-like release sheet 14 to be attached before use or at the time of accommodation is provided on the volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13 side of the adherent member 10.

The 1st sheet | seat 11 is comprised as a highly rigid nonwoven fabric with comparatively high rigidity, for example, the nonwoven fabric by the thermal bond manufacturing method by which the fabric weight was 40 g / m < 2 > or more by the fiber mixing of polypropylene / polyethylene is used. When the rigidity of the non-woven fabric constituting the adherend member 10 is low, the adherend member 10 itself is likely to bend, bend, warp, etc. when the adherent member 10 is attached to the mask body 2. There is a concern that it may affect operability. Therefore, the present inventors have examined the preferred bending resistance of the nonwoven fabric constituting the adherend member 10. In this study, qualitative evaluation was performed on the operability of adhesion when using adherend members with different bending resistances measured by the cantilever method (JIS L1096). As a result, in order to satisfy the desired ease of application operation (easy mounting), the bending resistance in the longitudinal direction of the first sheet 11 constituting the adherend member 10 is set to 100 mm or more. It can be evaluated that the bending resistance in the width direction of the first sheet 11 is preferably set to 25 mm or more. As a result, the adherend member 10 itself is unlikely to be bent, bent, or twisted, and the operability of the adherend member can be improved.

The 2nd sheet | seat 12 is comprised as a stretchable nonwoven fabric which has a stretching property, for example, the nonwoven fabric by the spunlace manufacturing method with which the fabric weight was 40 g / m < 2 > or more by the fiber mixing | blending of polypropylene / modified polypropylene is used. In the manufacturing process of the adherend member 10 in which the volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13 are water gel bodies, the second sheet 12 is interposed between the first sheet 11 and the volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13. Is preferred. Thereby, in the manufacturing process of the adherend member 10, the volatile agent-containing bodies 13, 13 are better on the first sheet 11 via the second sheet 12 than when directly joined to the first sheet 11. Will be held. The first sheet 11 and the second sheet 12 prevent the volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13 containing volatile components from coming into direct contact with the wearer when the adherend member 10 is attached. The first sheet 11 and the second sheet 12 constitute a “nonwoven fabric sheet” in the present invention.

The volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13 are mainly composed of water-soluble synthetic polymer materials such as polyacrylic acid Na and polyvinyl alcohol, or water-soluble natural polymer materials such as carboxymethylcellulose, starch, and methylcellulose. It is configured as a water gel-like water gel body containing a volatile component. The volatilizing agent to be blended with the main agent is appropriately selected according to the purpose of setting the environment in the mask. Used as a volatile component. The volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13 contain the volatile agent as described above, and the water gel body itself has an adhesive force (also referred to as “adhesive” or “adhesive”). The volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13 can be referred to as a volatile agent-containing body having adhesive strength, or can be referred to as an adhesive sheet containing a volatile agent. The “volatile agent-containing body” in the present invention is constituted by the volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13 here. After the volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13 are separated and bonded to the second sheet 12 and bonded, the second sheet 12 is bonded to the first sheet 11 and bonded to form the adherend member 10. Is done. The volatilizing agent-containing bodies 13 and 13 are appropriately disposed in a portion of the adherend member 10 suitable for adhesion of the volatilizing agent-containing body, or a portion suitable for volatilization of the volatilizing agent from the volatilizing agent-containing body. Is preferred.

With this configuration of the adherend member 10, the surface of each volatilizer-containing body 13 opposite to the second sheet 12 has adhesiveness, thereby forming an adherent surface 13 a for the mask body 2. . The adherend surface 13a here corresponds to the “attachment surface” and “at least one surface” in the present invention. On the other hand, the surface on the second sheet 12 side of each volatile agent-containing body 13, that is, the surface opposite to the adherend surface 13 a forms a bonding surface 13 b for the second sheet 12. The joint surface 13b here corresponds to “a surface different from the adherend surface” in the present invention.
In addition, in this volatile agent containing bodies 13 and 13, it is preferable that the water gel body is the structure colored in light blue. According to such a structure, the visibility of the site | part of a water gel body among the to-be-adhered members 10 increases, and it is easy for a wearer to understand.

The release sheet 14 is configured as a sheet removable from the volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13 while covering and protecting the exposed surfaces of the volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13 having adhesive force. The release sheet 14 is configured as, for example, a polypropylene film sheet subjected to a release process. The release sheet 14 here corresponds to the “sheet-like protective sheet” in the present invention. With such a configuration, it is possible to protect the exposed surfaces of the volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13 and suppress unnecessary volatilization of the volatile agent from the exposed surfaces.

In addition, the release sheet 14 is preferably a single film sheet that is also used for the two volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13. With such a configuration, the wearer does not need to perform the operation of peeling the release sheet 14, that is, the operation of releasing the state covered with the release sheet 14 for each volatile agent-containing body, and performs the operation at a time. Is possible and reasonable. If necessary, a number of release sheets 14 corresponding to the plurality of volatilizer-containing bodies 13 and 13 can be provided.

The adherent member 10 has a sheet area occupied by the entire volatile agent-containing bodies 13, 13, that is, a bonding area of the volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13 with the second sheet 12 is the sheet of the first sheet 11 or the second sheet 12. It is set as the structure smaller than an area, By this, the area | region where the volatile agent containing bodies 13 and 13 are not provided is formed in the right-and-left both ends regarding a longitudinal direction. This region is configured as handles 10 a and 10 a that allow the wearer to handle the adherend member 10 without touching the adhesive volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13. The handles 10a and 10a here correspond to the “handle” in the present invention. The handles 10a and 10a can be omitted as necessary.

Further, the adherend member 10 has a folding line L that extends in a straight line or a curved line in the vertical direction at a central position in the longitudinal direction, that is, between the volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13 spaced apart from each other. In other words, the volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13 are disposed on both sides of the fold line L. The fold line L has a function of allowing the right side piece and the left side piece of the adherent member 10 to be folded (bi-folded) so that the folded state of the adherent member 10 and its folding are released. The expanded state can be formed at least. The fold line L may be a region that is naturally formed due to the relatively thin plate thickness due to the absence of the volatile agent-containing body 13, or may be formed by being processed in advance. May be a region. According to such a configuration, folding of the adherent member 10 is allowed between the two volatilizer-containing bodies 13 and 13 in the adherent member 10, that is, in a portion where the two volatilizer-containing bodies 13 and 13 do not exist. Since the folding line L to be provided is provided, the folding operation is not hindered by the volatilizer-containing body 13, and the folding operation of the adherend member 10 can be easily performed. In addition, this folding line L can also be provided in the area | region where the volatile agent containing bodies 13 and 13 exist as needed.

FIG. 4 is referred to regarding the shape change by the fold line L of the adherend member 10 of the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 4, when the adherent member 10 is not attached to the mask main body 2 and is not used, the adherend member 10 is first moved along the fold line L as shown in FIG. It can be folded in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 4 so that the sheet 11 is on the inside and the release sheet 14 is on the outside. At the time of purchase, this adherent member 10 is preferably in a state of being further accommodated in a predetermined package in a folded state. Further, when the adherent member 10 is once attached to the mask main body 2, the adherent member 10 can be folded together with the mask main body 2 according to the same folding manner in the absence of the release sheet 14. It becomes possible.

On the other hand, when the adherent member 10 is attached to the mask main body 2, the adherent member 10 pushes against the mask main body 2 with the release sheet 14 peeled off from the volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13. Thus, the adherent member 10 is attached to the mask main body 2 by the adhesive force of the volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13. At this time, as in the case of deposition in FIG. 4, the volatile agent-containing bodies 13, 13 side of the adherend member 10 are projected so as to protrude toward the mask main body 2, and this convex shape is a recess in the wearing surface 2 d. It is preferable to press the adherend member 10 so as to engage with the portion 4. This is effective for positioning the adherend member 10 in the adherent region A of the mask body 2. In addition, in this adherend member 10, it is preferable to further provide a joint portion (also referred to as a “seal line”) that joins the right piece and the left piece in a line along the fold line L. According to such a structure, the site | part which provided the junction part becomes hard, and it becomes further easier to position the to-be-adhered member 10 with respect to the mask main-body part 2 by the said site | part.

Further, in the adherend member 10 of the present embodiment, the adhesive force on the mask main body 2 side of the volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13 increases the adhesive force between the volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13 and the second sheet 12. It is set as the composition below. Thereby, the volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13 overcome the adhesive force of the adherend surfaces 13a and 13a acting on the mask main body 2 and are firmly bonded to the second sheet 12 at the bonding surfaces 13b and 13b. Thus, it is possible to smoothly perform an operation of attaching or peeling the adherend member 10 to or from the mask main body 2.

FIG. 5 is referred to regarding the state in which the wearer wears the mask 1 having the above configuration. FIG. 5 shows a state where the mask wearing state in which the wearer wears the mask 1 of the present embodiment is viewed from the side. As shown in FIG. 5, a mask covering the wearer's mouth and nose, particularly a three-dimensional mask in which the mask main body 2 is formed into a three-dimensional shape by a sheet piece like the mask 1 of the present embodiment is a three-dimensional mask. By forming the mouth space 5 between the main body 2 and the wearer's mouth, there is a possibility of eliminating discomfort such as breathlessness when wearing the mask. The mask 1 further provides an environment useful for the wearer in the mouth space 5 by supplying and retaining the volatile component in the mouth space 5 by attaching the adherent member 10 containing the volatile component to the mask body 2. Can be created. In this case, the volatile components contained in the volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13 are supplied to the mouth space 5 through the first sheet 11 and the second sheet 12 or through the space between the mask main body 2 and the second sheet 12. The Rukoto.

In this case, with respect to the deposition area A to which the deposition member 10 is deposited, the area excluding the front of the mouth, especially the area above the mouth (for example, in FIG. It is preferable to adhere the adherend member 10 at a position indicated by a broken line. More preferably, in order to prevent obstruction of nasal breathing, the covering member 10 is attached to a region above the nose tip (nose hole) (for example, a position indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 5). it can. When the adherent member 10 is attached to a region above the nose tip (nose hole), the adherent member is caused to move upward from the wearer's nose tip to move volatile components diffused toward the wearer side. The volatile components and the like can be easily retained in the mouth space 5 between the mask main body formed below the nose tip and the wearer's mouth.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the adherent member 10 and the mask 1 include the volatilizer-containing bodies 13 and 13 that contain a predetermined volatile agent and have adhesiveness. It is possible to simplify the structure. In particular, the configuration in which the first sheet 11 is interposed between the wearer and the volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13 prevents the volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13 from coming into direct contact with the wearer. Moreover, by setting the bending resistance in the longitudinal direction of the first sheet 11 to 100 mm or more and setting the bending resistance in the width direction of the first sheet 11 to 25 mm or more, the adherend member 10 itself is bent, It is possible to suppress the occurrence of bending, twisting, and the like, and thereby it is possible to improve the adherence operability of the adherent member 10.

(Other embodiments)
In addition, this invention is not limited only to said embodiment, A various application and deformation | transformation can be considered. For example, each of the following embodiments to which the above embodiment is applied can be implemented.

In this invention, it can also employ | adopt another deposition form instead of the deposition form in FIG. 5 which adheres the to-be-adhered member 10 to the wearing surface 2d side of the mask main-body part 2. FIG. FIG. 6 is referred to regarding another deposition form of the deposition member 10 of the present embodiment. In the deposition form shown in FIG. 6, the adherent member 10 is pressed against the outer surface such that the volatile agent-containing bodies 13, 13 side are directed to the outer surface of the mask body 2, and the volatile agent-containing body 13, It adheres with the adhesive force of 13. In this case, the volatile components contained in the volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13 are supplied to the mouth space 5 on the wearing surface 2 d side through the mask body 2.

In the said embodiment, although the structure which provides the two volatile agent containing bodies 13 and 13 in the to-be-adhered member 10 was described, the number of the volatile agent containing bodies 13 can be changed as needed, for example, 1 or 3 or more It can also be. In this case, it is preferable to design so that the total area of the volatile agent-containing bodies 13 is substantially the same. For example, FIG. 7 shows a configuration of the adherend member 110 of another embodiment. In this adherend member 110, a single volatile agent-containing body 13 having the same area as the total area of the two volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13 shown in FIG. 3 is used. The volatile agent-containing body 13 may have a configuration in which the thickness of the water gel body is uniform, or may have a configuration in which the thickness of the water gel body is partially different. In addition, the adherend member 110 has handles 10a and 10a provided at both upper and lower ends in the width direction. This handle may be provided at both the left and right ends in the longitudinal direction instead of or in addition to the upper and lower ends in the width direction.

また、上記実施の形態では、揮発成分を配合した水ゲル体を揮発剤含有体13,13として構成する場合について記載したが、水ゲル体にかえて、SIS(スチレン−イソプレン−スチレンブロック共重合体)、SAS(スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレンブロック共重合体)、SEPS(スチレン−エチレン・プロピレン−スチレンブロック共重合体)、SEAS(スチレン−エチレン・ブチレン−スチレンブロック共重合体)、SAASなどのポリスチレン系サーモプラスチック・エラストマー(TPE)を用いたホットメルト系接着剤(HMA)、或いはオレフィン系、ポリアミド系、ポリエステル系、ポリウレタン系の接着剤などを用いることもできる。 Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the case where the water gel body which mix | blended the volatile component was comprised as the volatile agent containing bodies 13 and 13 was described, it replaced with a water gel body and SIS (styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymerization). Polystyrene), SAS (styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer), SEPS (styrene-ethylene-propylene-styrene block copolymer), SEAS (styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene block copolymer), SAAS, etc. A hot melt adhesive (HMA) using a thermoplastic thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), or an olefin, polyamide, polyester, polyurethane adhesive or the like can also be used. FIG. 8 is referred to regarding the configuration of the adherend member 210 of another embodiment in this case. The adherent member 210 shown in FIG. 8 omits the second sheet 12 described above, and then has a pair of volatile agent-containing bodies 13 formed in the form of a sheet with the first sheet 11 and a hot melt adhesive. 13 is stacked and laminated. In the manufacturing process of the adherend member 210 in which the volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13 are hot-melt adhesives, the second sheet 12 is provided between the first sheet 11 and the volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13. Even if a stretchable nonwoven fabric sheet is not interposed, the volatile agent-containing bodies 13 and 13 are favorably held on the first sheet 11.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the case where the mask main-body part 2 was formed by the heat welding joining of the right side sheet piece 2a and the left side sheet piece 2b was described, in this invention, various joining methods including heat welding. Thus, the mask main body can be formed by joining all or part of at least one of the plurality of sheet pieces. For the case of using one sheet piece, FIG. 9 is referred to. FIG. 9 shows a perspective view of the mask main body 102 of another embodiment. As shown in FIG. 9, a three-dimensional mask main body 102 can be formed by cutting one sheet piece 102a at the upper end and joining the cut portions to each other. In this case, a joint edge 102b extending in the longitudinal direction of the wearer is formed at the upper end portion of the mask main body section 102 in the same manner as the joint edge 2c in the mask main body section 2.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the structure (releasable structure) in which repeated adhesion | attachment is accept | permitted by the adhesive force of the volatile agent containing body 13 was described, in this invention, it is by the strong adhesive force of a volatile agent containing body. A configuration in which the mask body is fixedly attached to the mask main body may be employed.

In the present invention, in addition to the adherent members 10, 110, and 210, another adherent member may be attached to the mask main body 2. In the present invention, the adherend members 10, 110 and 210 can be attached not only to a three-dimensional mask body but also to a planar mask body. Moreover, in this invention, the structure by which all the to-be-adhered members are formed with the volatile agent containing body 13 is also employable.

Further, in the above embodiment, the disposable mask that is intended to be used once or several times is described. However, by appropriately selecting the material of the mask main body and the ear hook, washing and the like are performed. The present invention can also be applied to a type of mask that can be used repeatedly.
