Claims (2)
- 所定間隔だけ離隔して対向するように配置された前面基板及び背面基板と、
前記背面基板上に形成された少なくとも一対の第1電極及び第2電極と、
前記第1電極及び前記第2電極の上面に形成されたエミッタと、
前記背面基板に面するように前記前面基板上に形成されたアノード電極と、
前記アノード電極上に塗布された蛍光体層と、
前記アノード電極にAC電圧を印加する第1電圧印加手段と、
前記第1電極及び前記第2電極に交番的にAC電圧を印加する第2電圧印加手段とを有し、
前記アノード電極と、前記第1電極及び前記第2電極とに印加されるAC電圧は同期化されており、
前記第1電極及び前記第2電極に印加されるAC電圧の極性は互いに反対であり、
前記アノード電極と、前記第1電極及び前記第2電極とに印加されるAC電圧は矩形波であり、前記アノード電極に印加されるAC電圧の周波数は前記第1電極及び前記第2電極に印加されるAC電圧の周波数の2倍であることを特徴とする電界放出装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電界放出装置において、前記エミッタは金属、ナノカーボン、カーバイド及びナイトライドのいずれかからなることを特徴とする電界放出装置。
