Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つの構造化された壁層(3)と濾過層(4)とで形成され、互いに並設された複数個の流路(2)を有し、少なくとも複数個の流路(2)の各々に、迎え面(9)を備えた複数個の誘導羽根(5)が設けられ、隣接する流路に通じる通路が形成されている副流フィルタ(1)において、互いに隣接しあっている流路(2)内に、迎え面(9)を同じ方向に指向させた誘導羽根(5)が互いにずらして配置されている副流フィルタ。
- 通路(6)が、隣の流路(2)内に配置され、迎え面(9)を有する誘導羽根(5)により形成されている請求項1に記載の副流フィルタ(1)において、互いにずれている誘導羽根(5)が、隣接した壁層(3)の極値部(10)に配置されている副流フィルタ。
- 通路が、迎え面を有する誘導羽根により形成された請求項1または2に記載の副流フィルタ(1)において、迎え面(9)が流路軸線(12)に対し45゜以下の角度(11)をもって形成されている副流フィルタ。
- 通路が、迎え面を有する誘導羽根により形成された請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の副流フィルタ(1)において、迎え面(9)が3〜8mmの長さ(13)で形成されている副流フィルタ。
- 通路が、迎え面を有する誘導羽根により形成された請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の副流フィルタ(1)において、迎え面(9)が各々の流路幅(15)の50〜100%の高さ(14)で形成されている副流フィルタ。
- 通路が、迎え面を有する誘導羽根により形成された請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の副流フィルタ(1)において、互いに隣接し合う誘導羽根(5)が流路軸線(12)の方向に少なくとも10mmのずれ(16)をもって形成されている副流フィルタ。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の副流フィルタ(1)において、少なくとも6個の誘導羽根(5)が1つの流路(2)内に設けられている副流フィルタ。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載の副流フィルタ(1)において、構造化された壁層(3)が金属箔(17)であり、濾過層(4)が金属の金網(18)である副流フィルタ。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1つに記載の副流フィルタ(1)において、壁層(3)と濾過層(4)とを含んでいる複数個の層(19)が互いにねじられて容器(20)内に配置されている副流フィルタ。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載の副流フィルタ(1)において、少なくとも壁層(3)又は濾過層(4)の少なくとも1つの部分領域(21)が触媒活性被膜(22)を有している副流フィルタ。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか1つに記載の副流フィルタ(1)を有している車両(30)の排ガス装置。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか1つに記載の副流フィルタ(1)を有している車両。
