Description
また本発明は、上記発明において、上記操作装置の操作量を検出する操作量検出手段を備え、上記負荷状態検出手段は、上記操作量検出手段によって検出される上記操作装置の最大操作量に基づき、上記油圧ポンプの吸収トルクが上記エンジンの出力トルクを超えるものとなる状態であることを検出するものから成ることを特徴としている。
また本発明は、上記発明において、上記油圧ポンプの吸収トルクを検出する負荷検出手段を備え、上記負荷状態検出手段は、上記負荷検出手段によって検出される上記油圧ポンプの吸収トルクの変化率に基づいて上記油圧ポンプの吸収トルクが上記エンジンの出力トルクを超えるものとなる状態であることを検出するものから成ることを特徴としている。
また本発明は、上記発明において、上記判断処理手段は、上記電動機へ上記所定時間、上記キャパシタの電力を供給させる処理を行った後、上記操作量検出手段による上記操作装置の上記油圧ポンプの吸収トルクの減少方向への操作の検出、または上記負荷検出手段による上記油圧ポンプの吸収トルクの減少の検出により、上記電動機によって発電される電力を上記キャパシタに充電するよう制御することを特徴としている。
また本発明は、上記発明において、上記キャパシタは、上記操作装置の操作に伴う上記エンジンの出力トルクに対する上記油圧ポンプの吸収トルクの超過分を補う上記電動機の所定時間の駆動を賄う容量に設定されることを特徴としている。
また本発明は、上記発明において、上記電動機は、上記エンジンの最大過給時トルクと無過給時トルクとの差分トルクに対応した出力トルクを有することを特徴としている。
また、電動機2は、エンジン1の最大過給時トルクと無過給時トルクとの差分トルクに対応した大きさの出力トルクを有するように設定される。

Claims (6)
- ターボ式エンジンと、このエンジンによって駆動し、発電機としても活用可能な電動機及び油圧ポンプと、この油圧ポンプから吐出される圧油によって作動する油圧アクチュエータと、この油圧アクチュエータを操作する操作装置と、上記電動機に電力を供給可能なキャパシタとを備えた建設機械のエンジン制御装置において、
上記油圧ポンプの吸収トルクが上記エンジンの出力トルクを超えるものとなる状態、および上記油圧ポンプの吸収トルクが減少する状態となることを検出する負荷状態検出手段と、上記キャパシタの充電量を検出可能な充電量検出手段と、過給圧検出器とを備えるとともに、
上記操作装置の操作に伴い上記負荷状態検出手段により上記油圧ポンプの吸収トルクが上記エンジンの出力トルクを超えるものとなる状態が検出され、上記過給圧検出器によって検出される過給圧が所定圧以下であると判断され、しかも上記充電量検出手段によって検出された上記キャパシタの充電量が、上記電動機を予め設定した所定時間駆動可能な充電量であると判断されたときに、上記キャパシタの電力を上記電動機に上記所定時間供給して、上記エンジントルクの立ち上がり時間をポンプ吸収トルクの立ち上がり時間に近いものにする処理を行ない、上記負荷状態検出手段により上記油圧ポンプの吸収トルクが減少する状態が検出されたときに、上記電動機による上記キャパシタへの充電を実施させる処理を行う判断処理手段を備えたことを特徴とする建設機械のエンジン制御装置。 - 上記操作装置の操作量を検出する操作量検出手段を備え、上記負荷状態検出手段は、上記操作量検出手段によって検出される上記操作装置の最大操作量に基づき、上記油圧ポンプの吸収トルクが上記エンジンの出力トルクを超えるものとなる状態であることを検出するものから成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建設機械のエンジン制御装置。
- 上記油圧ポンプの吸収トルクを検出する負荷検出手段を備え、上記負荷状態検出手段は、上記負荷検出手段によって検出される上記油圧ポンプの吸収トルクの変化率に基づいて上記油圧ポンプの吸収トルクが上記エンジンの出力トルクを超えるものとなる状態であることを検出するものから成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建設機械のエンジン制御装置。
- 上記判断処理手段は、上記電動機へ上記所定時間、上記キャパシタの電力を供給させる処理を行った後、上記操作量検出手段による上記操作装置の上記油圧ポンプの吸収トルクの減少方向への操作の検出、または上記負荷検出手段による上記油圧ポンプの吸収トルクの減少の検出により、上記電動機によって発電される電力を上記キャパシタに充電するよう制御することを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の建設機械のエンジン制御装置。
- 上記キャパシタは、上記操作装置の操作に伴う上記エンジンの出力トルクに対する上記油圧ポンプの吸収トルクの超過分を補う上記電動機の所定時間の駆動を賄う容量に設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建設機械のエンジン制御装置。
- 上記電動機は、上記エンジンの最大過給時トルクと無過給時トルクとの差分トルクに対応した出力トルクを有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の建設機械のエンジン制御装置。
