Description
また、片方の脚が骨折等で不自由な利用者の歩行を補助するため、前記実施形態の左右の脚リンク3,3のうち、利用者の不自由な脚側の脚リンクのみを残して、他方の脚リンクを省略するようにしてもよい。
Claims (4)
- 利用者の体幹部に該利用者の体重の一部を支える荷重を伝達する荷重伝達部と、利用者の足平に装着される足平装着部と、該足平装着部を荷重伝達部に連結する脚リンクとを備え、該脚リンクが前記荷重伝達部から第1関節を介して延設された上側リンク部材と、前記足平装着部から第2関節を介して延設された下側リンク部材と、該上側リンク部材と下側リンク部材とを屈伸自在に連結する第3関節とから構成され、さらに前記第3関節を駆動するための駆動機構を備えた歩行補助装置において、
前記駆動機構は、上側リンク部材に搭載された電動モータと、該電動モータにより回転駆動され、上側リンク部材に揺動自在に支持された筐体の内部に配置されるナット部材と、該ナット部材に保持されるボールを介して当該ナット部材に螺合するネジ溝が外周面に形成された直動出力軸とを備える直動アクチュエータ、及び、第3関節の関節軸と同軸心に前記下側リンク部材に固定され、直動出力軸の一端に枢着されたクランクアームを有し、前記直動アクチュエータの直動出力軸から出力される並進力を前記クランクアームを介して前記第3関節の回転駆動力に変換するように構成され、
前記ナット部材を筐体に支持する一対のアンギュラベアリングが、該ナット部材の軸線方向に離間して設けられ、該アンギュラベアリングの外輪間に介設されるアウターカラーに、ナット部材の軸線に直交する軸線を有して対向する一対の開口が形成され、該各開口内に位置して前記筐体に装着されたベアリングが、前記上側リンク部材に突設された支軸に軸支されることを特徴とする歩行補助装置。 - 前記荷重伝達部は、利用者が跨ぐようにして着座する着座部材から構成され、前記第1関節は、着座部材に連結される、着座部材の上方に曲率中心を持つ前後方向に長手の円弧状のガイドレールと、前記上側リンク部材の上端部に固定される、ガイドレールに移動自在に係合するスライダを備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の歩行補助装置。
- 前記電動モータの出力軸が前記ナット部材の軸線に平行に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の歩行補助装置。
- 前記ナット部材は、前記一対のアンギュラベアリングの内輪間に介在するインナーカラーとして機能することを特徴とする請求項1記載の歩行補助装置。
