Claims (6)
- 一端に開口を有し且つ当該開口の壁面に周方向に延びる溝が設けてある被嵌合部材と、予め穿設してある孔が前記開口に連なるように被嵌合部材に重ねた第1の部材と、前記孔に被さるように第1の部材に重ねた第2の部材とを備え、摩擦熱と塑性流動により第2の部材に由来する材料を、第1の部材の孔、並びに被嵌合部材の開口に入り込むように形作ったことを特徴とする部材接合構造。
- 一端に開口を有し且つ当該開口の壁面に周方向に延びる溝が設けてある被嵌合部材と、前記開口に被さるように被嵌合部材に重ねた第1の部材と、当該第1の部材に重ねた第2の部材とを備え、摩擦熱と塑性流動により第1、第2の部材に由来する材料を、被嵌合部材の開口に入り込むように形作ったことを特徴とする部材接合構造。
- 一端に開口を有する被同化部材と、前記開口に被さるように被同化部材に重ねた第1の部材と、当該第1の部材に重ねた第2の部材とを備え、摩擦熱と塑性流動により第1、第2の部材に由来する材料を、被同化部材の開口の周囲に同化させたことを特徴とする部材接合構造。
- 開口を有する第1の部材と、壁面に周方向に延びる溝を設けてある孔が前記開口に連なるように第1の部材に重ねた被嵌合部材と、前記孔に被さるように被嵌合部材に重ねた第2の部材とを備え、被嵌合部材を第1の部材に固着しておき、摩擦熱と塑性流動により第2の部材を、被嵌合部材の開口に入り込むように形作ったことを特徴とする部材接合構造。
- 被嵌合部材にナットを用いた請求項1、2、4のいずれかに記載の部材接合構造。
- 被同化部材にナットを用いた請求項3に記載の部材接合構造。
