Claims (6)
- 互いに対向し、陽極構造として機能する平面状の第1の導電透明基板及び第2の導電透明基板と、
前記第1の導電透明基板及び前記第2の導電透明基板上にそれぞれ配置される蛍光構造層と、
前記第1の導電透明基板と前記第2の導電透明基板との間に配置され空間を作成するスペーサと、
前記第1の導電透明基板及び前記第2の導電透明基板に対して並行に設けられ、複数の前記蛍光構造層の間に分布される少なくとも1つのフィラメント状の陰極ワイヤ構造と、
前記空間を充填し、前記陰極ワイヤ構造から前記蛍光構造層に電子を均一に放射させるよう機能する低圧ガス層と、
を含み、
前記低圧ガス層の電子平均自由行程は、動作電圧下で、少なくとも十分な電子が前記蛍光構造層から前記第1の導電透明基板及び前記第2の導電透明基板の方向に動き、また、前記蛍光構造層に直接衝突することを可能にする、両面が発光する面光源装置。 - 前記第1の導電透明基板及び前記第2の導電透明基板は、それぞれ、硬質透明材料を含む、請求項1に記載の両面が発光する面光源装置。
- 前記低圧ガス層の圧力は、10から10−3トールの範囲にある、請求項1または2に記載の両面が発光する面光源装置。
- 前記蛍光構造層は、単層構造を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の両面が発光する面光源装置。
- 前記蛍光構造層は、様々な異なる蛍光材料をそれぞれ有する重ね合わせ層構造又は補助構造を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の両面が発光する面光源装置。
- 前記蛍光構造層は、対応周波数を有する光をそれぞれ生成する複数の領域を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の両面が発光する面光源装置。
