Claims (5)
- 第1の中空の円筒部材(23)の中に少なくとも1の第1のピストン(20)を具える定量ポンプ(1)であって、
前記ポンプ(1)が、前記ピストン(20)のインストローク中に少なくとも1のポンプチャンバ(26)に液体(15)を吸引可能な少なくとも1の入口ポート(10)と、 前記ピストン(20)のアウトストローク中に前記液体(15)を送出可能な少なくとも1の出口ポート(11)とを有し、
さらに、前記ポンプ(1)が、第2の中空の円筒部材(23’)の中で第1のピストン(20)の反対側に設けられた少なくとも1の第2のピストン(21)を具えており、前記第2のピストン(21)のインストローク中に前記入口ポート(10)を通して液体(15)を吸引でき、前記第2のピストン(21)のアウトストローク中に前記出口ポート(11)を通して液体(15)を送出可能な少なくとも1の第2のポンプチャンバ(26’)を形成し、
両円筒部材(23,23’)が、端部と端部とが互いに向かい合うよう組み立てられてハウジング(22)を形成し、
部品(24)が前記ハウジング(22)の中の中程に取り付けられ、
前記部品(24)が、入口及び出口ポート(10,11)を具え、双方向の直線及び角運動の組み合わせにより動作して、ピストン(20,21)の軸に沿って円筒型のハウジング(22)とピストン(20,21)の相対的な前後の摺動を生じさせるとともに、入口及び出口ポート(10,11)を同期的に閉鎖して、連続的な流れ送出を確実にするよう構成されており、
前記第1及び第2ピストン(20,21)がハウジング(22)の中に固定して設けられており、
前記ハウジングが前記2つのピストン(20,21)の軸に沿って摺動可能であることを特徴とする定量ポンプ(1)。 - 前記部品(24)が双方向の直線運動で動作するよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の定量ポンプ(1)。
- 前記部品(24)の角運動から前記ハウジング(22)の直線運動を分離する手段であって、
前記ハウジング(22)に相対的な直線運動を伝える第1のロータ(5)と、
前記部品(24)に角運動を独立して伝える第2のロータと、
を具えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の定量ポンプ(1)。 - 前記ピストン(20,21)、前記部品(24)及び前記ハウジング(22)が使い捨て可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の定量ポンプ(1)。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の定量ポンプ(1)の出口ポートに堅く封着されたタンクを具えることを特徴とするコンプレッサ。
