Description
異方向回転の二軸押出機の先端にJIS A5706に適合する60φ形状の押出成形品を成形できる金型を取付ける。この金型は出口部の内面に深さ10μmの溝部を周方向に150μmの間隔(ピッチ)で多数形成し、溝部の底部を底点が尖った形状に加工したものを用いた。
JIS A5706に適合する60φ形状の押出成形品を成形できる金型の出口部の内面に、深さ5μmの溝部を周方向に100μmのピッチで多数形成し、溝部の底部を底点が尖った形状に加工したものを用いた。他は上記実施例1と同じ条件で押し出し成形品を成形した。

外形寸法が一辺60mmで厚みが1mmの中空で断面がほぼ角形形状の押出成形品を成形できる異型中空押出成形用の金型の出口部の内面に、深さ10μmの溝部を周方向に150μmのピッチで多数形成し、溝部の底部を底点が尖った形状に加工したものを用いた。他は上記実施例1と同じ条件で押し出し成形品を成形した。

Claims (1)
- 異型押出成形品よりなる軒樋の外表面の一部又は全部に押出成形方向と同方向に連続する深さ5μm〜50μmの溝1が、該表面の押出成形方向と直交する方向に50μm〜500μmのピッチで多数連続して形成してあり、軒樋の外表面の溝と溝との間にある凸部がアール形状の頂点を有する形状であることを特徴とする押出成形品。
