Claims (2)
- 充放電が可能なベアセルと、前記ベアセルに対する保護回路が設置されて前記ベアセルと電気的に接続された保護回路基板とを含む二次電池において、
前記保護回路基板と一体に成形された基板モールディング体と、
前記ベアセルに結合され、前記基板モールディング体を前記ベアセルの一面に固定するための締結部を備えた支持部材と、
前記締結部と前記基板モールディング体とを結合する締結手段とを含み、
前記支持部材は、前記基板モールディング体が固定される前記ベアセルの一面に結合されたベース部を備え、前記締結部は前記ベース部から前記基板モールディング体の方向へ延長して形成され、
前記締結部は、一組またはそれ以上の数であり、平行に2列配置され、その間に前記基板モールディング体が挿入されて締結され、
前記締結手段は、前記支持部材の締結部と、前記基板モールディング体とを順に貫通して結合する締結ボルトであり、
前記支持部材の締結部と前記基板モールディング体の側面のうちいずれか一方または両方にネジホールが形成され、前記ネジホールに前記締結ボルトをネジ結合し、
前記基板モールディング体は、一体に成形されたナットを備え、前記ナットに前記締結ボルトをネジ結合し、
前記ベース部は、その平面形状が長方形であり、前記締結部は前記長方形のベース部の二つの短辺からそれぞれ延長された一組からなり、その間に前記基板モールディング体が挿入される
ことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記長方形のベース部は、前記ベアセルの電極端子が設置された面に固定され、その長辺が前記ベアセルの厚さ方向に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
