Description
スイッチング素子とスイッチング電流検出部とを有するスイッチング電源部と、
LED電流検出部と、
前記スイッチング電流検出部の検出信号に基づきスイッチング電流を所望の電流値にすべく前記スイッチング素子をスイッチング制御する第1制御部と、
前記LED電流検出部の検出信号に基づきLED電流を所望の電流値にすべく前記スイッチング素子をスイッチング制御する第2制御部と、
前記位相制御式調光器が高輝度調光設定の場合は前記第1制御部による制御を行い、前記位相制御式調光器が低輝度調光設定の場合は前記第2制御部による制御を行うよう制御を切替える切替部と、を備えた構成とする(第1の構成)。

Claims (16)
- 位相制御式調光器を介して交流電源と接続されLED負荷を駆動するLED駆動回路において、
スイッチング素子とスイッチング電流検出部とを有するスイッチング電源部と、
LED電流検出部と、
前記スイッチング電流検出部の検出信号に基づきスイッチング電流を所望の電流値にすべく前記スイッチング素子をスイッチング制御する第1制御部と、
前記LED電流検出部の検出信号に基づきLED電流を所望の電流値にすべく前記スイッチング素子をスイッチング制御する第2制御部と、
前記位相制御式調光器が高輝度調光設定の場合は前記第1制御部による制御を行い、前記位相制御式調光器が低輝度調光設定の場合は前記第2制御部による制御を行うよう制御を切替える切替部と、を備えたことを特徴とするLED駆動回路。 - 前記切替部は、前記第1制御部及び前記第2制御部から入力される各制御信号のうちパルス幅が短い方の制御信号を前記スイッチング素子に出力することで制御を切替えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED駆動回路。
- 前記第1制御部は、第1基準電圧と前記スイッチング電流検出部の検出信号とを比較する比較部と、発振器と、前記比較部による比較結果と前記発振器の出力とに基づきパルス状の制御信号を出力するラッチ回路と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のLED駆動回路。
- 前記第1制御部は、前記第1基準電圧をクランプする電圧クランプ部を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のLED駆動回路。
- 前記第1基準電圧は、入力電源電圧の抵抗による分圧であることを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4に記載のLED駆動回路。
- 前記第2制御部は、第2基準電圧と前記LED電流検出部の検出信号とを比較する比較部と、発振器と、前記比較部による比較結果と前記発振器の出力とを比較してパルス状の制御信号を出力する比較部と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載のLED駆動回路。
- 前記第2制御部は、第2基準電圧と前記LED電流検出部の検出信号とを比較する比較部と、当該比較部による比較結果とスイッチング電流検出信号とを比較する比較部と、発振器と、当該比較部による比較結果と前記発振器の出力とに基づきパルス状の制御信号を出力するラッチ回路と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載のLED駆動回路。
- 前記スイッチング電流検出信号は、前記スイッチング電流検出部による検出信号であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のLED駆動回路。
- 前記第2基準電圧は、入力電源電圧の位相角を検出する位相角検出部の検出信号であることを特徴とする請求項6〜請求項8のいずれかに記載のLED駆動回路。
- 前記位相角検出部は、入力電源電圧が0Vから立ち上がるまでの時間に応じた放電量でコンデンサを放電させ、放電された前記コンデンサの端部電圧を検出信号として出力することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のLED駆動回路。
- 前記位相角検出部は、ローパスフィルタで構成され、入力電源電圧を平均化した検出信号を出力することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のLED駆動回路。
- 前記LED電流検出部の出力にオフセットが加えられることを特徴とする請求項9〜請求項11のいずれかに記載のLED駆動回路。
- 前記位相角検出部の出力にオフセットが加えられることを特徴とする請求項9〜請求項11のいずれかに記載のLED駆動回路。
- 前記スイッチング電源部は、昇圧コンバータまたは降圧コンバータで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項13のいずれかに記載のLED駆動回路。
- 前記スイッチング電源部は、トランスを有する絶縁コンバータで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項14のいずれかに記載のLED駆動回路。
- 請求項1〜請求項15のいずれかに記載のLED駆動回路と、前記LED駆動回路により駆動されるLED負荷と、を備えたことを特徴とするLED照明灯具。
