Description
以下、本発明の実施の形態に係る吸引装置を搭載した吸引車について図面を参照して説明する。
以下、図4に示す配管図に基づいて吸引車2が搭載している吸引装置1について説明する。
た冷却水が霧状となってブロワ25側へ供給されるようになっている。
上記配管構成において、レシーバタンク5内の空気を減圧する場合について説明する。この場合、バルブV1、バルブV3およびバルブV5が開放され、バルブV2およびバルブV4が閉鎖される。
つぎに、上記配管構成において、レシーバタンク5を加圧する場合について説明する。この場合、バルブV1およびバルブV3が閉鎖され、バルブV2、バルブV4およびバルブV5が開放される。

Claims (5)
- 回収対象物を回収するレシーバタンクと、前記レシーバタンク内の空気を加減圧するためのブロワと、前記レシーバタンクと前記ブロワの吸込側との間に接続される上流側集塵装置と、前記上流側集塵装置と前記ブロワの吸込側との間に接続される上流側サイレンサと、前記ブロワの吐出側に接続される下流側集塵装置と、前記ブロワの吐出側と前記下流側集塵装置との間に接続される下流側サイレンサと、前記下流側サイレンサ内に連通し、前記下流側サイレンサ内で凝集する水を排出するための排水路と、を備え、前記下流側集塵装置は貯水部を有しており、前記排水路は、前記下流側サイレンサ内と前記下流側集塵装置の貯水部とを連通していることを特徴とする吸引装置。
- 請求項1に記載の吸引装置において、前記上流側サイレンサは、空気の入口と出口との間に膨張室を有しており、前記膨張室に、多数の孔が形成されて両端開口部が前記空気の入口および出口にそれぞれ臨んだ多孔筒体と、この多孔筒体の外周面に巻き付けられた第1吸音材シートと、この第1吸音材シートの外周面に巻き付けられた第2吸音材シートと、を備えており、前記第1吸音材シートと前記第2吸音材シートとは音響透過損失の周波数特性が相異なるものであることを特徴とする吸引装置。
- 請求項2に記載の吸引装置において、前記多孔筒体の外周面から外方へ突出したフランジが複数形成されており、これらの間に前記第1および第2吸音材シートが重ね合わせた状態で巻き付けられていることを特徴とする吸引装置。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の吸引装置において、前記下流側サイレンサは、空気の入口と出口との間に膨張室を有し、この膨張室内に、上側に空気流路を確保しつつ前記入口から流入する空気が直接吹き当たるように立設された隔壁を備えることを特徴とする吸引装置。
- 請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の吸引装置を搭載したことを特徴とする吸引車。
