被測定回転体の回転角度を検出する回転センサであって、
前記被測定回転体に取り付けられ当該被測定回転体と一体に回転する磁石の磁束密度を磁気検出素子で検出する回転センサにおいて、
前記磁石は、周方向一方の端部であって回転中心軸線方向の一側及び、軸線方向他側の端部を異なる磁極で着磁し、
前記磁気検出素子は、前記磁石の外周で、かつ、前記磁石の厚さ方向の中間付近に配置したものであり、
2つの前記磁気検出素子が、前記磁石の中心軸線に対して90°をなすように配置されていることを特徴としている。

Claims (2)
- 被測定回転体の回転角度を検出する回転センサであって、
前記被測定回転体に取り付けられ当該被測定回転体と一体に回転する磁石の磁束密度を磁気検出素子で検出する回転センサにおいて、
前記磁石は、周方向一方の端部であって回転中心軸線方向の一側及び、軸線方向他側の端部を異なる磁極で着磁し、
前記磁気検出素子は、前記磁石の外周で、かつ、前記磁石の厚さ方向の中間付近に配置したものであり、
2つの前記磁気検出素子が、前記磁石の中心軸線に対して90°をなすように配置されていることを特徴とする回転センサ。 - 前記磁気検出素子は、前記磁力線と平行な磁束密度の大きさを検出する磁気検出素子であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の回転センサ。
