Claims (5)
- 密閉容器内に潤滑油を貯溜するとともに、固定子と回転子を備えた電動要素と、前記電動要素によって駆動される圧縮要素を収容し、前記圧縮要素は、鉛直方向に延展した主軸部に前記回転子が固定されたシャフトと、前記シャフトの前記主軸部を軸支する主軸受と、前記シャフトの回転に伴い容積を変化させる圧縮室と、前記シャフトや前記回転子の重力方向の荷重を支持するスラスト摺動部に配設されたスラストボールベアリングとを備え、前記スラストボールベアリングは複数のボールと前記ボールを保持するホルダー部と前記ボールの上下に各々配設される上レースおよび下レースとを備え、前記固定子に対して前記回転子の軸心方向の位置をずらし、前記回転子に生じる磁気吸引力が、前記スラスト摺動部で前記スラストボールベアリングが挟み込まれる向きに作用する密閉型圧縮機。
- 磁気吸引力は、スラストボールベアリングのボールが滑らず転動するためのスラスト摺動部で挟み込まれる最小荷重から、回転子とシャフトに作用する総重力を差し引いた荷重にほぼ等しい請求項1に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
- 電動要素は圧縮要素の上方に配設され、スラストボールベアリングは回転子と主軸受との間に配設された請求項1または請求項2に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
- 電動要素は圧縮要素の下方に配設され、シャフトは主軸部とツバ部を介して形成された偏心軸部とを有し、スラストボールベアリングは前記ツバ部と主軸受との間に配設された請求項1または請求項2に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
- 回転子は少なくとも電源周波数を超える運転周波数で駆動される請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
