Description
はすば歯車を用いた歯車列であって、
原動機に連結され、駆動歯車を有する入力軸と、
前記入力軸と平行に配置され、被削物を同軸上に固定し従動歯車を有する出力軸と、
前記入力軸及び前記出力軸と平行に配置され、前記駆動歯車と噛み合う第1中間歯車と、前記従動歯車と噛み合う第2中間歯車とを有する中間軸とを設け、
一方の前記中間軸を前記出力軸の回転方向位置決め用として軸方向固定に支持すると共に、他方の前記中間軸を前記出力軸との間のバックラッシュ除去用として軸方向移動可能に支持し、
前記従動歯車と前記第2中間歯車との間のバックラッシュ除去力を、前記被削物の加工時に当該被削物の周方向に発生する切削負荷の発生方向と同じ方向に作用させるように、他方の前記中間軸をその軸方向に押圧する押圧手段を備える
ことを特徴とする。
第1の発明に係るバックラッシュ除去装置において、
切削負荷の大きさに応じて前記押圧手段の押圧力を可変にする押圧力可変手段を備える
ことを特徴とする。

Claims (2)
- はすば歯車を用いた歯車列であって、
原動機に連結され、駆動歯車を有する入力軸と、
前記入力軸と平行に配置され、被削物を同軸上に固定し従動歯車を有する出力軸と、
前記入力軸及び前記出力軸と平行に配置され、前記駆動歯車と噛み合う第1中間歯車と、前記従動歯車と噛み合う第2中間歯車とを有する中間軸とを設け、
一方の前記中間軸を前記出力軸の回転方向位置決め用として軸方向固定に支持すると共に、他方の前記中間軸を前記出力軸との間のバックラッシュ除去用として軸方向移動可能に支持し、
前記従動歯車と前記第2中間歯車との間のバックラッシュ除去力を、前記被削物の加工時に当該被削物の周方向に発生する切削負荷の発生方向と同じ方向に作用させるように、他方の前記中間軸をその軸方向に押圧する押圧手段を備える
ことを特徴とするバックラッシュ除去装置。 - 請求項1に記載のバックラッシュ除去装置において、
切削負荷の大きさに応じて前記押圧手段の押圧力を可変にする押圧力可変手段を備える
ことを特徴とするバックラッシュ除去装置。
