Claims (4)
- 周波数トラッキングによる回転レートセンサであって、
前記回転レートセンサは、駆動共振周波数(f_rA)およびコリオリ共振周波数(f_rD)を有しており、
該回転レートセンサを動作させるために、少なくとも1つの作動電圧(U_MK)が該回転レートセンサに印加され、
前記少なくとも1つの作動電圧(U_MK)に該コリオリ共振周波数(f_rD)は依存し、
前記回転レートセンサは、
・前記コリオリ共振周波数が前記駆動共振周波数に相当するように該コリオリ共振周波数(f_rD)を該駆動共振周波数(f_rA)に整合するための整合電圧(U_DF)を該回転レートセンサに印加するための手段と、
・前記コリオリ共振周波数(f_rD)の変化を補償するために、前記整合電圧(U_DF)を前記作動電圧(U_MK)の変化に応じて調整するための補償回路(150,350,450)と
を有することを特徴とする回転レートセンサ。 - 前記補償回路(150,350,450)は、補正係数kを用いて前記整合電圧(U_DF)を調整し、
前記補正係数kは、
・前記コリオリ共振周波数(f_rD)を前記駆動共振周波数に整合するために必要な整合電圧U_DF_Abglと、
・前記回転レートセンサを動作させるための所定の電圧である作動電圧U_MK_Abglと
によって決定される、請求項1記載の回転レートセンサ。 - 前記補償係数kは前記補償回路(350,450)に、特性曲線マップによって少なくとも1つの値テーブル(360,460,490)の形態で格納されている、請求項2記載の回転レートセンサ。
- 前記補償係数kは前記補償回路(450)に、特性曲線マップによって2つの値テーブル(460,490)の形態で格納されており、
一方の値テーブル(460)は、前記作動電圧(U_MK)の変化に応じて調整される前の前記整合電圧U_DF_Abglの入力値を有し、
他方の値テーブル(490)は、前記整合電圧(U_DF)が調整された時点の前記作動電圧U_MK_Abglの入力値を有する、請求項2記載の回転レートセンサ。
