Claims (6)
- 基体シート上にハードコート層とブロッキング防止層とが転写層として順次積層形成され、ハードコート層が活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物で樹脂成形品への転写後に硬化するアフターキュアタイプであって、ブロッキング防止層が熱乾燥により指触乾燥する熱可塑性樹脂あるいは熱硬化性樹脂であることを特徴とする転写成形品形成用の転写シート。
- ハードコート層中に含まれる顔料成分に1μm以上の粒子径のものを含まない請求項1に記載の転写シート。
- ハードコート層が、(メタ)アクリル当量100〜300g/eq、水酸基価20〜500、重量平均分子量5,000〜50,000のポリマーと多官能イソシアネートを有効成分として含有し、ブロッキング防止層がNCO価5以上のイソシアネートを含有する請求項1または2に記載の転写シート。
- 基体シート上にハードコート層とブロッキング防止層とを転写層として順次積層形成する際に、多層ロールコーターあるいは多層スロットダイコーター、あるいは多層カーテンコーター、あるいは単層コーターを2台連結させたものを使用してハードコート層とブロッキング防止層とをインラインでロールツーロールにより形成することを特徴とする転写成形品形成用の転写シートの製造方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の転写シートを、ハードコート層が形成されていない基体シートの面が金型キャビティに面するように金型内に配置し、金型内に成形樹脂を流し込み、冷却固化後に基体シートを剥離することによって表面に転写層を有する樹脂成形品を得て、この樹脂成形品に活性エネルギー線を照射することによってハードコート層を硬化させることを特徴とする転写成形品の製造方法。
- 樹脂成形品の表面にブロッキング防止層と顔料成分に1μm以上の粒子径のものを含まないハードコート層とが順次積層形成されたことを特徴とする転写成形品。
