Claims (6)
- 溶着される外周部分を除いた部分に断面が略U字形のU形溝が略平行に複数列形成されるとともに内面側には蛍光体塗膜(4)が形成された前面ガラス基板(1)と、溶着される外周部分を除いた部分に波状の平行溝が複数列形成されるとともに内面側には蛍光体塗膜(5)が形成された後面ガラス基板(2)とを、互いに略直交するように配置されたU形溝と波状の平行溝とがそれぞれに形成された蛍光体塗膜(4,5)を介して接触するようにして、ガラス枠(3)を介して溶着することでランプ封体が形成され、
前記ランプ封体をU形溝が横長となる向きになるように立てて設置したときに、上側の前記ガラス枠(3)には排気管(6)が封着され、横側において対向する前記ガラス枠(3)には、1または複数組の対向する円筒電極(8)にそれぞれ接続された1または複数組の点灯用導入線(7)が封着されることを特徴とする平面蛍光ランプ。 - 前記ランプ封体をU形溝が横長となる向きになるように立てて設置したときに、横側において対向する前記ガラス枠(3)には、隣接するU形溝の間にそれぞれ構成される複数のトンネル状の空洞部をそれぞれ挟むように対向する複数組の前記円筒電極(8)にそれぞれ接続された複数組の前記点灯用導入線(7)が封着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平面蛍光ランプ。
- 前記前面ガラス基板(1)に光拡散板が装着され、前記後面ガラス基板(2)に光反射板が装着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平面蛍光ランプ。
- 前記前面ガラス基板(1)のU形溝の深さが前記後面ガラス基板(2)の波状の平行溝の深さよりも深くなるように、前記前面ガラス基板(1)および前記後面ガラス基板(2)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平面蛍光ランプ。
- 前記ランプ封体をU形溝が横長となる向きになるように立てて設置したときに、下側の前記ガラス枠(3)には、1または複数のヒータ線(10)が接続された1または複数組のヒータ用導入線(9)が封着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平面蛍光ランプ。
- 前記ヒータ線(10)の材質を、ジルコニウムとしたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の平面蛍光ランプ。
