Claims (9)
- プレート熱交換器(3)用の永続的に接続された複数の熱伝導プレートを持っているプレートスタック(2)の熱伝導プレート(1)に隣接させられる手段(25)であって、熱伝導プレート(1)は、第1の長辺(4)及び対向している第2の長辺(5)と、第1の短辺(6)及び対向している第2の短辺(7)と、複数の尾根(10)と複数の谷(11)で構成したパターン(9)を見せている熱伝導表面(8)と、第1及び第2のポート領域(12と13)と、を有し、前記第1のポート領域(12)は前記第1の長辺(4)と前記第1の短辺(6)との交差点に形成された第1の角部分(14)内に位置しており、前記第2のポート領域(13)は前記第2の長辺(5)と前記第1の短辺(6)との交点に形成された第2の角部分(15)内に位置しており、前記第1のポート領域(12)は多数の尾根(10a〜10d)と谷(11a〜11e)に接続されており、複数の尾根(10a〜10d)と複数の谷(11a〜11e)とは、前記第1のポート領域(12)から斜めに前記第2の長辺(5)に向かう大きさをおおむね有しており、多数の接触点(16a〜16d)が前記第1のポート領域(12)に直近の前記複数の尾根(10a〜10d)上に位置しており、前記複数の接触点(16a〜d)は、少なくとも1つの接触点(16b、16c)が2つの接触点(それぞれ16a、16c及び16b、16d)に隣接するように配置されており、前記複数の接触点(16a〜16d)は、前記第1のポート領域(12)の中心から半径方向に同じ距離におおむね位置し、さらに前記熱伝導プレート(1)は、複数の熱伝導プレート(1)からなるプレートスタック(2)の先頭または最後の熱伝導プレート(1)であり、隣接している手段(25)が該熱伝導プレート(1)上の前記ポート領域(12、13)の少なくとも一つと前記熱伝導プレート(1)の熱伝導表面(8)の一部分とを覆っている手段(25)において、
該手段(25)は第1の表面(26)と第2の表面(27)とを有し、前記第1の表面(26)は隣接している熱伝導プレート(1)の反対を向いており、前記第2の表面(27)は、隣接している熱伝導プレート(1)に向いていて、隣接している熱伝導プレート(1)のパターン(9)の谷(11a〜11e)内に嵌まるように形成された少なくとも1つの第1の凸部(28)を面内に有しており、前記谷(11a〜11e)は一の長辺(4)の所の前記熱伝導プレート(1)の一のポート領域(12)からその反対側の他の長辺(5)へ斜めに延びていることを特徴とする手段(25)。 - 前記手段(25)は、隣接している前記プレートスタック(2)の熱伝導プレート(1)よりも厚い材料のプレートであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の手段(25)。
- 前記第2の表面(27)は前記隣接している熱伝導プレート(1)の前記パターン(9)の中に嵌まる第2の凸部(29)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の手段(25)。
- 前記第1の凸部(28)又は前記第2の凸部(29)は前記手段(25)の前記第2の表面(27)に沿って延びており、長さ方向に長方形であって、前記第1の凸部(28)又は前記第2の凸部(29)が位置している前記谷(11a〜11e)の幅よりも長いことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の手段(25)。
- 前記第1の凸部(28)及び前記第2の凸部(29)は前記手段(25)の前記第2の表面(27)に沿って延びており、長さ方向に長方形であって、前記第1の凸部(28)及び前記第2の凸部(29)のそれぞれが位置しているそれぞれの前記谷(11a〜11e)の幅よりも長いことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の手段(25)。
- 前記第1の凸部(28)及び前記第2の凸部(29)は前記隣接している熱伝導プレート(1)の前記パターン(9)内の前記谷(11a〜11e)に嵌まり、媒体が閉鎖されている前記複数の谷(11a〜11e)内を流れるのを防止することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の手段(25)。
- 前記第1の凸部(28)及び前記第2の凸部(29)は、前記手段(25)と前記熱伝導プレート(1)とが相互にピボット運動し又は相互に摺動するのを防止するように前記手段(25)を前記隣接している熱伝導プレート(1)に固定することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の手段(25)。
- 前記手段(25)は、隣接している前記熱伝導プレート(1)の前記熱伝導表面(8)または前記ポート領域(12、13)の少なくとも一つを覆っていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の手段(25)。
- プレートスタック(2)と、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの手段(25)とを有するプレート熱交換器(3)であって、前記プレートスタック(2)は多数の同様の熱伝導プレート(1)からなり、前記手段(25)は前記プレートスタック(2)の先頭または最後の前記熱伝導プレート(1)に隣接しており、
前記手段(25)は第1の表面(26)と第2の表面(27)とを有し、前記第1の表面(26)は前記隣接している熱伝導プレート(1)の反対を向いており、前記第2の表面(27)は、前記隣接している熱伝導プレート(1)に向いていて、隣接している熱伝導プレート(1)のパターン(9)内に嵌まるように形成された少なくとも1つの第1の凸部(28)を面内に有していることを特徴とするプレート熱交換器(3)。
