- 外周面に螺旋状のローラ転走溝が形成されたねじ軸と、内周面に前記ローラ転走溝に対向する螺旋状の負荷ローラ転走溝が形成されたナット部材と、前記ねじ軸の前記ローラ転走溝と前記ナット部材の前記負荷ローラ転走溝との間の負荷ローラ転走路を転がるローラが循環できるように、前記負荷ローラ転走路に繋がるローラ戻し路が内部に形成される循環部材と、前記負荷ローラ転走路及び前記ローラ戻し路内に収容される複数のローラと、を備え、
前記循環部材の先端部には、前記循環部材と前記ねじ軸のねじ山との接触を避けるように切れ目が形成され、
前記切れ目の内側には、前記ねじ軸の軸線方向から見た状態において、前記ねじ山の内部に入り込むローラ案内部が形成され、
前記ローラ案内部の位置における、前記ローラ戻し路の断面形状が四角形に形成され、
前記先端部は、前記ねじ軸の軸線方向から見た状態において前記負荷ローラ転走路の接線方向に配置され、且つねじ軸の側方から見た状態において前記負荷ローラ転走路のリード角方向に傾けられることを特徴とするローラねじ。 - 前記ローラ戻し路の軸線方向に沿った前記ローラ案内部の断面形状は、前記ローラ案内部の先端に向かって徐々に幅が狭くなるテーパに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のローラねじ。
- 前記負荷ローラ転走路と前記循環部材の先端部との継ぎ目部分において、前記ナット部材の前記負荷ローラ転走溝と前記先端部の前記ローラ戻し路の形状とを一致させることができるように、前記ナット部材の前記負荷ローラ転走溝が削られることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のローラねじ。
