Claims (8)
- 車両外部電源からの電力を充電ケーブルを介して蓄電装置に充電制御する制御装置であって、
充電ケーブルに備わる、車両外部電源からの電力供給状態に応じた信号を制御装置へ発信する信号生成部から出力される信号が一定時間変化がない状態から変化した場合に、充電モード信号をオンにし、充電モード信号をオンにした後に異常が発生した場合、または第2マイクロコンピュータによってオフにされた充電完了信号を検出した場合に、充電モード信号をオフにし、第2マイクロコンピュータによってオフにされる充電完了信号を検出する前に、異常が発生したことから充電モード信号をオフにした場合は、充電モード信号を再度オンにする第1マイクロコンピュータと、
第1マイクロコンピュータによってオンにされた充電モード信号を検出した場合に、充電制御中であることを示す充電完了信号をオンの状態に設定するとともに、充電ケーブルを介して車両外部電源から供給される電力に基づき蓄電装置を充電し、充電が終了した場合に充電完了信号をオフにする第2マイクロコンピュータと、
を備える制御装置。 - 第1マイクロコンピュータは、
充電完了信号の状態が記憶されたメモリを備え、充電モード信号をオフにした後に、メモリに記憶されている充電完了信号の状態がオン状態であることを検出すると、充電モード信号を再度オンにすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の制御装置。 - 第2マイクロコンピュータは、
第1マイクロコンピュータにより充電モード信号がオフにされた後に、充電完了信号の状態がオン状態であることを検出すると、第1マイクロコンピュータが充電モード信号を再度オンするように、信号生成部から制御装置に出力される前記信号の信号線に接続されるように設けられたスイッチ回路を駆動して当該信号にオンエッジを生成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の制御装置。 - 前記スイッチ回路は、信号生成部から出力される前記信号の信号線を車両アースに接続するスイッチ回路で構成され、
第2マイクロコンピュータは、前記スイッチ回路を介してオン状態にある信号生成部から出力される前記信号をオフからオン状態に変化させることを特徴とする請求項3記載の制御装置。 - 前記スイッチ回路は、充電ケーブルが車両に接続されていない場合に、信号生成部から制御装置に出力される前記信号の信号線とグランド間に接続され、第2マイクロコンピュータによりオンまたはオフされるスイッチを含み、当該スイッチをオンまたはオフしたときに第2マイクロコンピュータに入力される前記信号線の信号レベルに基づいて前記信号線の断線または短絡を検出することを可能にする異常検出回路と兼用されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の制御装置。
- 車両外部電源からの電力を充電ケーブルを介して蓄電装置に充電制御する充電制御方法であって、
第1マイクロコンピュータが、充電ケーブルに備わる、車両外部電源からの電力供給状態に応じた信号を制御装置へ発信する信号生成部から出力される信号が一定時間変化がない状態から変化した場合に、充電モード信号をオンにし、充電モード信号をオンにした後に異常が発生した場合、または第2マイクロコンピュータによってオフにされた充電完了信号を検出した場合に、充電モード信号をオフにし、第2マイクロコンピュータによってオフにされる充電完了信号を検出する前に、異常が発生したことから充電モード信号をオフにした場合は、充電モード信号を再度オンにし、
第2マイクロコンピュータが、第1マイクロコンピュータによってオンにされた充電モード信号を検出した場合に、充電制御中であることを示す充電完了信号をオンの状態に設定するとともに、充電ケーブルを介して車両外部電源から供給される電力に基づき蓄電装置を充電し、充電が終了した場合に充電完了信号をオフにする充電制御方法。 - 第1マイクロコンピュータが、充電完了信号の状態をメモリに記憶し、充電モード信号をオフにした後に、メモリに記憶されている充電完了信号の状態がオン状態であることを検出すると、充電モード信号を再度オンにすることを特徴とする請求項6記載の充電制御方法。
- 第2マイクロコンピュータが、第1マイクロコンピュータにより充電モード信号がオフにされた後に、充電完了信号の状態がオン状態であることを検出すると、第1マイクロコンピュータが充電モード信号を再度オンするように、信号生成部から制御装置に出力される前記信号の信号線に接続されるように設けられたスイッチ回路を駆動して当該信号にオンエッジを生成することを特徴とする請求項6記載の充電制御方法。
