Description

従来技術において公知の他のMOFsは、MOF−177およびMOF−178である。
MOFsの製造のための通常の方法以外に、新規の電気化学的な手段がDE10355087の中でならびにWO−A2005/049892の中で開示されている。新規のMOFsは、液化ガスの貯蔵に関連して優れた性質を示す。それゆえ、本発明によるこれらのMOFsの使用は有利である。
(I)成形の前に、混合の工程を行ってよい、
(II)成形の前に、例えば溶剤、バインダーまたは他の付加的な物質を添加することにより、MOFを含有する粉末を含有するペースト様塊状物または流体を製造する工程を行ってよい、
(III)成形の後に、仕上げの工程、とりわけ乾燥の工程を行ってよい。
プレス成形が達成されうる条件は、例えばプレス、充填物高さ、プレス能力、および成形体の形に依存する。
1つ以上の離型剤が添加剤として存在してよい。適切な作用物質はグラファイトまたはMOF材料であり、その際、MOFは層組成物を有する。

図2は、室温でのMOFを有するボトルおよびMOFを有さないボトル(容積0.5l)中へのプロパンの取り込みの曲線を示す。この例の中で使用されるMOFは、Zn−MOF−5である。そのMOFの製造は、US2003/01481565A1の中で記載されている。
図3は、室温でのMOFを有するおよびMOFを有さないボトル(容積0.477l)中へのプロパンの取り込みの曲線を示す。この例の中で使用されるMOFは、IRMOF−8である。そのMOFの製造は、WO−A02/088148の中で記載されている。
Claims (17)
- 液化ガスが容器に入ることをまたは容器から出ることを可能にするための入口開口部、および容器内部で液化ガスをそのガス状態においてあらかじめ定義された量においてかつあらかじめ定義された圧力下で保持することができる気密保持装置を有し、かつ少なくとも1つの金属イオンおよび、前記金属イオンに配位結合している少なくとも1つの少なくとも二座の有機化合物を有する金属−有機骨格材料(MOF)を含有する容器中で液化ガスを貯蔵する方法であって、その際、あらかじめ定義された圧力は0.1barを上回りかつ20bar未満でありかつ容器中の圧力の、MOFを有さない容器中で同じ温度で同じ量の液化ガスを貯蔵するために必要な圧力に対する比は最大で0.2であり、かつ少なくとも1つの少なくとも二座の有機化合物は、置換または非置換の、単核または多核芳香族ジ−、トリ−またはテトラカルボン酸、または1個以上の核を有する、少なくとも1個のヘテロ原子を含む芳香族ジ−、トリ−またはテトラカルボン酸である、液化ガスを貯蔵する方法。
- 液化ガスを、ハロゲン化C1〜C10炭化水素、プロパン、ブタン、イソブタンおよびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 液化ガスがプロパンである、請求項2記載の方法。
- 容器が非円柱形状である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 液化ガスの量が少なくとも2g/lである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記比が最大で0.1である、請求項1記載の方法。

- 液化ガスが容器に入ることをまたは容器から出ることを可能にするための入口開口部、および容器内部で液化ガスをそのガス状態においてあらかじめ定義された量においてかつあらかじめ定義された圧力下で保持することができる気密保持装置を有し、かつ少なくとも1つの金属イオンおよび、前記金属イオンに配位結合している少なくとも1つの少なくとも二座の有機化合物を有する金属−有機骨格材料(MOF)を含有する、あらかじめ定義された量においてかつあらかじめ定義された圧力下で液化ガスが充填された容器であって、その際、あらかじめ定義された圧力は0.1barを上回りかつ20bar未満でありかつ容器中の圧力の、MOFを有さない容器中で同じ温度で同じ量の液化ガスを貯蔵するために必要な圧力に対する比は最大で0.2であり、かつ少なくとも1つの少なくとも二座の有機化合物は、置換または非置換の、単核または多核芳香族ジ−、トリ−またはテトラカルボン酸、または1個以上の核を有する、少なくとも1個のヘテロ原子を含む芳香族ジ−、トリ−またはテトラカルボン酸である、液化ガスが充填された容器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの少なくとも二座の有機化合物が、アセチレンジカルボキシレート、ナフタレンジカルボキシレート、ベンゼンジカルボキシレート、アダマンタンテトラカルボキシレート、ベンゼントリカルボキシレート、ベンゼントリベンゾエート、メタンテトラベンゾエートおよびアダマンタントリベンゾエートからなる群から選択されるいずれかである、請求項11記載の容器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの少なくとも二座の有機化合物が、1,2,3−および1,3,5−ベンゼントリカルボン酸、イソフタル酸、テレフタル酸、2,5−ジヒドロキシ−テレフタル酸および2,2'−ビピリジン−5,5'−ジカルボン酸からなる群から選択されるいずれかである、請求項11記載の容器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの金属イオンがZn 2+ であり、かつ前記少なくとも1つの少なくとも二座の有機化合物がベンゼンジカルボキシレートである、請求項11記載の容器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの金属イオンがZn 2+ であり、かつ前記少なくとも1つの少なくとも二座の有機化合物がナフタレンジカルボキシレートである、請求項11記載の容器。
- 液化ガスが容器に入ることをまたは容器から出ることを可能にするための入口開口部、および容器内部で液化ガスをそのガス状態において保持することができる気密保持装置を有し、かつ少なくとも1つの金属イオンおよび、前記金属イオンに配位結合している少なくとも1つの少なくとも二座の有機化合物を有する金属−有機骨格材料(MOF)を含有する容器を、あらかじめ定義された圧力が0.1barを上回りかつ20bar未満であるようにかつ容器中の圧力の、MOFを有さない容器中で同じ温度で同じ量の液化ガスを貯蔵するために必要な圧力に対する比が最大で0.2であるように、あらかじめ定義された量およびあらかじめ定義された圧力までの液化ガスで充填するための方法であって、次の工程
−容器の入口開口部と液化ガスのボトルとを接触させる工程(その際、ガスはその液体状態または圧縮状態にあり、そのため供給容器中の圧力は充填されるべき容器中の圧力を超える)
