Claims (6)
- プロセス制御装置を使用し、プロセス制御ループが平衡点に達することができないという不安定状態がプロセス制御ループ内に存在するか否かを決定する方法であって、
前記プロセス制御ループと前記プロセス制御装置とがプロセス制御環境内でオンライン接続され、且つ通常運転条件下で連続的に動作している状態において、プロセス制御ループの少なくとも1つの動作及びプロセス制御装置の少なくとも1つの動作に干渉することなく該プロセス制御ループ内及び該プロセス制御ループに関連するコマンド信号及びバルブの開度信号を含んだ複数の信号を測定するステップと、
測定された前記コマンド信号に関するデータと測定された前記バルブの開度信号に関するデータとを含むデータであり、前記測定されたコマンド信号及びバルブの開度信号は、内部制御ループを含むプロセス制御ループから送信され、測定されたコマンド信号に関するデータが測定されたバルブの開度信号に関するデータと略同一の時間に関連付けられている時間的相関性のある信号データとして、測定された前記複数の信号をメモリに格納するステップと、
前記プロセス制御ループ内の不安定状態の存在を決定するために、前記コマンド信号およびバルブの開度信号の分散を決定し、該コマンド信号およびバルブの開度信号の分散の比率を算出し、前記比率をプリセット値と比較する統計的分析用の手順を用いて格納された前記時間的相関性のある信号データの解析を実行するステップと、
実行された解析に基づいて、プロセス制御ループ内の不安定状態の存在を決定するステップとを有しており、
プロセス制御ループ内の不安定状態の存在を決定するステップでは、前記不安定状態の発生源が内部制御ループの不安定状態であるか又はプロセス制御ループの不安定状態であるかが決定される方法。 - 算出する前記ステップが、前記コマンド信号およびバルブの開度信号の分散の比率を繰り返し算出するステップを有している、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記コマンド信号およびバルブの開度信号の分散の比率を繰り返し算出する前記ステップが、忘却係数を利用するステップを有している、請求項2記載の方法。
- プロセス制御ループとプロセス制御装置とがプロセス環境内でオンライン接続されているとき、前記プロセス制御装置を使用しているプロセス制御ループが平衡点に達することができないという不安定状態の発生源を該プロセス制御ループ内において決定するシステムであって、
前記プロセス制御ループが、前記プロセス制御環境内でオンライン接続され、且つ通常運転条件下で連続的に動作している状態において、プロセス制御ループの少なくとも1つの動作及びプロセス制御装置の少なくとも1つの動作に干渉することなく前記プロセス制御ループ内及び該プロセス制御ループに関連するコマンド信号およびバルブの開度信号を含んだ少なくとも二つの信号を測定する、第一のセンサおよび第二のセンサを含んだ複数のセンサと、
測定されたコマンド信号に関するデータと測定されたバルブの開度信号に関するデータとを含むデータであり、測定されたコマンド信号に関するデータが測定されたバルブの開度信号に関するデータと略同一の時間に関連付けられている時間的相関性のある信号データとして、測定された前記信号を格納するように構成されたメモリと、
前記コマンド信号およびバルブの開度信号の分散を決定し、該コマンド信号およびバルブの開度信号の分散の比率を算出し、該比率をプリセット値と比較する統計的分析用の手順を用いて格納された前記信号データの解析を実行し、その実行された解析に基づいて不安定状態の発生源を決定するように構成されたプロセッサと、
コンピュータ読み取り可能メモリと、
前記プロセス制御環境内でオンライン状態で動作中、前記プロセス制御ループに関連するコマンド信号およびバルブの開度信号に関するデータを収集・格納するために前記プロセッサにより実行されるように構成された、前記コンピュータ読み取り可能メモリに格納されている第一のルーチンと、
前記プロセス制御ループ内の不安定状態の存在または発生源を決定するために格納された前記データに対して前記統計的解析を実行するために前記プロセッサにより実行されるように構成された、前記コンピュータ読み取り可能メモリに格納されている、第二のルーチンとを備え、
前記プロセッサは、前記不安定状態の発生源が内部制御ループの不安定状態であるか又はプロセス制御ループの不安定状態であるかを決定するシステム。 - 前記第二のルーチンは、前記コマンド信号およびバルブの開度信号の分散の比を繰り返し算出するように構成されている、請求項4記載のシステム。
- 前記第二のルーチンは、忘却係数を利用して前記分散の比を繰り返し算出するように構成されている、請求項5記載のシステム。
