Description
Claims (15)
- 操舵可能なワイヤガイドであって、
長手方向軸線を有する細長い部材を備えており、
前記細長い部材は、前記長手方向軸線に沿って延びる本体部分と、該本体部分に続き遠位方向に延びる先導部分とを備えており、
前記本体部分は、前記長手方向軸線に沿って延びて前記先導部分に連結された第1ワイヤと第2ワイヤを備え、前記先導部分は、弾性を有するループとされており、
前記第1ワイヤと第2ワイヤは、互いに対して動かすことができ、前記第1ワイヤを前記第2ワイヤに対して相対的に遠位方向に動かすと、前記先導部分が前記長手方向軸線に対して或る角度を成す第1方向に向き、前記第2ワイヤを前記第1ワイヤに対して相対的に遠位方向に動かすと、前記先導部分が前記第1方向とは異なる第2方向に向くようになっている、操舵可能なワイヤガイド。 - 前記第1方向は、前記長手方向軸線の第1側に配置され、前記第2方向は、前記長手方向軸線の第2側に配置されており、前記第1側は、前記第2側の概ね反対側である、請求項1に記載の操舵可能なワイヤガイド。
- 前記本体部分は、第3ワイヤを更に備えており、前記第3ワイヤは、前記第1及び第2ワイヤに対して動かすことができ、前記第3ワイヤを前記第1及び第2ワイヤに対して前記長手方向軸線に沿って相対的に動かすと、前記先導部分が、前記第1及び第2方向とは異なる所定の第3方向に動くようになっている、請求項1又は2に記載の操舵可能なワイヤガイド。
- 前記第2ワイヤを前記第1ワイヤに対して相対的に近位方向に動かすと、前記先導部分が前記第1方向に向き、前記第1ワイヤを前記第2ワイヤに対して相対的に近位方向に動かすと、前記先導部分が前記第2方向に向くようになっている、請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の操舵可能なワイヤガイド。
- 前記第1及び第2ワイヤを同時に遠位方向に動かすと、前記先導部分が第4方向に動き、前記第1及び第2ワイヤを同時に近位方向に動かすと、前記先導部分が前記第4方向と反対の第5方向に動く、請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載の操舵可能なワイヤガイド。
- 前記ループを閉じる閉鎖部材を更に備えている、請求項1に記載の操舵可能なワイヤガイド。
- 前記閉鎖部材はカニューレを備えている、請求項6に記載の操舵可能なワイヤガイド。
- 前記閉鎖部材は接合部を備えている、請求項6に記載の操舵可能なワイヤガイド。
- 操舵可能なワイヤガイドであって、
管状部材近位端及び管状部材遠位端を備えている管状部材と、
長手方向軸線、該長手方向軸線に沿って延びる本体部分、及び、該本体部分に続き遠位方向に延びる先導部分を備え、前記管状部材内に滑動可能に配置され、前記先導部分が前記管状部材遠位端から遠位方向に伸張するように前記管状部材内で方向付けられている細長い部材であって、前記先導部分は弾性を有するループとされており、前記本体部分は、前記長手方向軸線に沿って延びて前記先導部分に連結された第1ワイヤと第2ワイヤを備えている、細長い部材と、を備えており、
前記第1ワイヤと第2ワイヤは前記長手方向軸線に沿って動かせるようになっていて、
前記第1ワイヤを前記第2ワイヤに対して相対的に遠位方向に動かすと、前記先導部分が前記長手方向軸線に対して或る角度を成す第1方向に向き、
前記第2ワイヤを前記第1ワイヤに対して相対的に遠位方向に動かすと、前記先導部分が前記第1方向とは異なる第2方向に向き、
前記第1及び第2ワイヤを同時に遠位方向に動かすと、前記先導部分が遠位方向に前進し、
前記第1及び第2ワイヤを同時に近位方向に動かすと、前記先導部分が近位方向に後退するようになっている、操舵可能なワイヤガイド。 - 第1ワイヤ近位端部分と第2ワイヤ近位端部分は、前記管状部材近位端を通って近位方向に伸張し、取り外し可能なハンドルに取り付けられている、請求項9に記載の操舵可能なワイヤガイド。
- 前記第2ワイヤを前記第1ワイヤに対して相対的に近位方向に動かすと、前記先導部分が前記第1方向に向き、前記第1ワイヤを前記第2ワイヤに対して相対的に近位方向に動かすと、前記先導部分が前記第2方向に向く、請求項9又は10に記載の操舵可能なワイヤガイド。
- 前記ループを閉鎖するための、閉鎖部材を更に備えている、請求項9に記載の操舵可能なワイヤガイド。
- 操舵可能なワイヤガイドであって、
管状部材近位端及び管状部材遠位端を備えている管状部材と、
長手方向軸線、該長手方向軸線に沿って延びる本体部分、及び、該本体部分に続き遠位方向に延びる先導部分を備えている細長い部材であって、前記先導部分は弾性を有するループとされ、前記本体部分は、前記長手方向軸線に沿って延びて前記先導部分に連結された第1ワイヤと第2ワイヤを備えており、前記第1ワイヤは、第1ワイヤ近位端部分を備えており、前記第2ワイヤは、第2ワイヤ近位端部分を備えており、当該細長い部材は、前記管状部材内に滑動可能に配置され、前記先導部分が前記管状部材遠位端から遠位方向に伸張し、前記第1ワイヤ近位端部分と前記第2ワイヤ近位端部分が、前記管状部材近位端から近位方向に伸張するように前記管状部材内で方向付けられており、前記第1及び第2ワイヤは、前記長手方向軸線に沿って動かせるようになっていて、
前記第1ワイヤを前記第2ワイヤに対して相対的に遠位方向に動かすと、前記先導部分が前記長手方向軸線に対して或る角度を成す第1方向に向き、
前記第2ワイヤを前記第1ワイヤに対して相対的に遠位方向に動かすと、前記先導部分が前記第1方向とは異なる第2方向に向き、
前記第1及び第2ワイヤを同時に遠位方向に動かすと、前記先導部分が遠位方向に前進し、
前記第1及び第2ワイヤを同時に近位方向に動かすと、前記先導部分が近位方向に後退する、ようになっている、細長い部材と、
前記管状部材近位端に取り付けられている取り外し可能なハンドルであって、前記ハンドルに取り付けられている前記第1ワイヤ近位端部分及び前記第2ワイヤ近位端部分、並びに前記第1ワイヤ近位端部分及び前記第2ワイヤ近位端部分を互いに対し選択的に結合するための解除可能なロッキング機構、を備えている取り外し可能なハンドルと、
を備えている操舵可能なワイヤガイド。 - 前記第2ワイヤを前記第1ワイヤに対して相対的に近位方向に動かすと、前記先導部分が前記第1方向に向き、前記第1ワイヤを前記第2ワイヤに対して相対的に近位方向に動かすと、前記先導部分が前記第2方向に向く、請求項13に記載の操舵可能なワイヤガイド。
- 前記ループを閉鎖するための閉鎖部材を更に備えている、請求項13に記載の操舵可能なワイヤガイド。
