Claims (12)
- プラグリセプタクルと、内部導体(14)、シールド(18)、並びに前記内部導体及び前記シールド間に絶縁体(16)を有するケーブル(12)との間に自動車用の駆動電力を伝送するための電気プラグ(10)用のプラグハウジング(30)であって、
前記プラグ(10)を前記プラグリセプタクルに接続できる差込み領域(32)と、
前記ケーブル(12)を前記プラグハウジング(30)に挿入できるケーブル領域(34)と、
前記差込み領域(32)及び前記ケーブル領域(34)間の隔壁(48)と、
該隔壁(48)に設けられた第1開口(50)であって、前記ケーブル領域(34)内に挿入された前記ケーブル(12)の前記内部導体(14)と導電接続する内部導体要素(24)を収容するために、該内部導体要素(24)が前記ケーブル領域(34)から前記差込み領域(32)まで延びるように前記ケーブル領域(34)を前記差込み領域(32)に接続する第1開口(50)とを具備するプラグハウジングにおいて、
前記隔壁(48)に設けられた第2開口(70)であって、前記プラグ(10)に接続されたプラグリセプタクルの別のシールドコンタクト要素との接触に供すると共に前記ケーブル領域(34)から前記差込み領域(32)内に突出するシールドコンタクト要素(62)を収容するため、前記ケーブル領域(34)を前記差込み領域(32)に接続する第2開口(70)を具備し、
前記差込み領域(32)及び前記ケーブル領域(34)は、前記プラグハウジング(30)の対向する両側に配置され、
前記隔壁(48)は、前記プラグが前記プラグリセプタクルに接続できる差込み方向に直交し、且つ前記ケーブル(12)が前記プラグハウジング(30)に挿入できる方向に直交して配置され、
前記ケーブル領域(34)は、筒状壁(40)を有する凹部(36)を具備し、
前記プラグハウジングは、前記ケーブル領域(34)の前記凹部(36)に配列されると共に前記隔壁(48)に接続された筒状の絶縁スリーブ(49)をさらに有し、
該絶縁スリーブ(49)及び前記隔壁(48)の前記開口(50)は、前記ケーブル(12)の前記内部導体(14)に接続された前記内部導体要素(24)を収容するための溝を形成し、
前記差込み領域(32)は、別の筒状壁(42)を有する別の凹部(38)を有し、
前記ケーブル領域(34)の前記凹部(36)の前記筒状壁(40)及び前記差込み領域(32)の前記別の凹部(38)の前記別の筒状壁(42)が整列していることを特徴とするプラグハウジング。 - 前記第1開口(50)が前記隔壁(48)の中間に配列されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプラグハウジング。
- 前記第2開口(70)は、間隙状であると共に、前記隔壁(48)の縁に沿って配列されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のプラグハウジング。
- 複数の間隙状の前記第2開口(70)が、前記隔壁(48)の縁に沿って配列されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のうちいずれか1記載のプラグハウジング。
- 請求項1ないし4のうちいずれか1項記載の複数のプラグハウジングが、互いに平行に配列されていると共に互いに一体に接続されていることを特徴とするプラグハウジング。
- 請求項1ないし5のうちいずれか1項記載のプラグハウジング(30)と、
前記プラグハウジングの前記ケーブル領域(34)に第1部分(64)を、前記隔壁(48)の前記第2開口(70)を貫通して前記差込み領域(32)内に突出する第2部分(66)を有するシールドコンタクト要素(62)と
を具備することを特徴とする電気プラグ。 - 前記シールドコンタクト要素(62)は一体品であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の電気プラグ。
- 前記シールドコンタクト要素(62)は、各々が前記隔壁(48)の縁で間隙状の第2開口(70)を貫通して前記差込み領域(32)内に突出する複数の第2部分(66)を有することを特徴とする請求項6又は7記載の電気プラグ。
- 前記シールドコンタクト要素(62)は、筒状シェルと平行なスロットを有する筒状シェルの形態をとることを特徴とする請求項8記載の電気プラグ。
- 前記シールドコンタクト要素(62)は、前記第2部分間に前記筒状シェルと平行な複数のスロットを有する筒状シェルの形態をとることを特徴とする請求項9記載の電気プラグ。
- 前記シールドコンタクト要素(62)は、前記ケーブル(12)の前記シールド(18)に接続されたシールド管(26)に接触するために、前記第1部分に1個以上のコンタクトばね(68)を有することを特徴とする請求項6ないし10のうちいずれか1項記載の電気プラグ。
- 前記ケーブル領域(34)は、筒状壁(40)を有する凹部(36)を具備し、
前記差込み領域は、別の筒状壁(42)を有する別の凹部(38)を具備し、
前記シールドコンタクト要素(62)は、前記筒状壁(40)及び前記別の筒状壁(42)の一方又は両方に支えられていることを特徴とする請求項6ないし11のうちいずれか1項記載の電気プラグ。
