Description
Claims (15)
- 空調または換気チャネルであって、特に規定耐火区分または同様の規定の要求を満たす耐熱性を有する、生理学的環境中で可溶な鉱物繊維からなる結合剤で強化されたプレートの形または金網プレートの形である、少なくとも1つの絶縁要素からなる内部および/または外部裏打ちを備え、前記内部および/または外部裏打ちが、少なくとも1つの層で前記空調または換気チャネルの長手軸の方向に配置することができるそこに取り付けられた様々な絶縁要素からなり、前記絶縁要素の前記鉱物繊維組成は、1未満のアルカリ/アルカリ土類比を特徴とし、前記絶縁要素の繊維構造は、20〜120kg/m3の範囲で平均幾何学繊維直径が4μm以下であり、前記結合剤部分が前記絶縁要素の繊維質量に対して、プレートの形で4〜7重量%の範囲であり、または金網マットの形で0.5〜1重量%の範囲であることによって決定され、前記絶縁要素の前記鉱物繊維が、遠心バスケットによる内部遠心分離によって、少なくとも1100℃の遠心分離バスケット温度で製作され、前記繊維構造内のビード部分が1%未満であることを特徴とする、空調または換気チャネル。
- 前記結合剤が、フェノールホルムアルデヒド樹脂などの有機結合剤であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のチャネル。
- 結合剤の前記部分が、プレートの形の前記絶縁要素の前記繊維質量に対して、4.5〜6重量%の範囲以内であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のチャネル。
- 前記外部裏打ちの総密度が、ドイツ工業規格(DIN)4102、Part4による耐火区分L30または同様の区分で20〜40kg/m3、好ましくは30kg/m3となり、DIN4102、Part4による耐火区分L60または同様の区分で60〜80kg/m3、好ましくは70kg/m3となり、かつ、DIN4102、Part4による耐火区分L90または同様の区分で90〜120kg/m3、好ましくは110kg/m3となることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のチャネル。
- 前記内部裏打ちの総密度が、耐火区分L30またはそれと同様の総密度に少なくとも相当し、DIN EN ISO9053によるまたは15kPas/m2を超える長手流束抵抗を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のチャネル。
- 前記絶縁要素が、DIN18165による35mW/mK以下のλ計算値を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のチャネル。
- 前記内部裏打ちが、ガラスフリースまたは同様の装置など、磨耗に耐え音を通すカバーからなり、前記外部裏打ちは、アルミニウム箔または同様のユニットなど、拡散防止カバーで積層されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のチャネル。
- 前記絶縁要素が、DIN4102、Part17による1000℃以上の融点を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のチャネル。
- 前記絶縁要素の前記鉱物繊維が、生理学的環境中でのその可溶性に関して、欧州ガイダンス97/69/EGの要求、および/またはドイツ危険物規定第4章22号の要求を満たすことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のチャネル。
- 前記絶縁要素が、包装目的で、少なくとも1:2の比で最高総密度50kg/m3まで、特に少なくとも1:3の比で最高総密度30kg/m3まで圧縮することができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のチャネル。
- 請求項1〜10の少なくとも一項の特徴的な特徴を備える少なくとも1つの絶縁要素からなることを特徴とする、空調または換気チャネル用の内部/外部裏打ち。
- 結合剤で強化されたプレート状の絶縁要素のみからなり、前記要素がそれらの内面および外面上に積層を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜12の複数の特徴のいずれか1つによる自立空調または換気チャネル。
- 前記内部および外部積層が、アルミニウム箔またはその他の装置などの耐拡散カバーで形成されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のチャネル。
- 前記絶縁要素が、その接合部で、折り曲げ部によって矩形のそれぞれの方形断面に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項13または14に記載のチャネル。
