Abstract
【解決手段】濾過装置10は、濾過槽11と、スクレーパ21を有するコンベア13と、一次フィルタ40と、回転する筒形の二次フィルタ60とを備えている。濾過槽11の内部は、一次フィルタ40によって、第1の濾過槽部51と第2の濾過槽部52とに分かれている。第1の濾過槽部51の底に沈んだスラッジSは、スクレーパ21の第1の部分21aによってスラッジ排出部16に向けて搬送される。第1の濾過槽部51内の液Q1は一次フィルタ40によって濾過され、第2の濾過槽部52に流入する。第2の濾過槽部52内の液Q2は二次フィルタ60によって濾過され、クリーン槽12に送られる。二次フィルタ60に付着したスラッジSは、一次フィルタ40上に落とされ、スクレーパ21の第2の部分21bによって、第1の濾過槽部51に向けて排出される。

Description
図1と図2に示すように濾過装置10は、濾過すべき液Q1を収容する濾過槽11と、濾過後のクリーン液Cを収容するクリーン槽12と、スラッジ搬出用のコンベア(スクレーパコンベア)13を有している。濾過槽11には、濾過すべき液Q1が流路2から供給される。クリーン槽12は濾過槽11の近傍に形成されている。
工作機械1から排出された液Q1は、流路2を通じて濾過槽11の第1の濾過槽部51に供給される。第1の濾過槽部51の底に沈んだ削り屑などを含むスラッジS(図1に模式的に示す)は、コンベア13の移動に伴い、スクレーパ21の第1の部分21aによって、スラッジ排出部16に向けて搬送される。

Claims (5)
- 濾過すべき液を収容する濾過槽と、
前記濾過槽の前記液の液面よりも高い位置に設けられたスラッジ排出部と、
前記濾過槽の底部から前記スラッジ排出部にわたって移動するスクレーパを有しかつ前記濾過槽の底部に沿って移動する下側部分と該下側部分の上方を該下側部分とは反対方向に移動する上側部分とを有し、前記スクレーパは、前記下側部分において前記濾過槽の底部に向けて突出する第1の部分と該第1の部分とは反対側を向く第2の部分とを有するコンベアと、
前記濾過槽内に前記コンベアの移動方向に沿って前記コンベアの前記下側部分と上側部分との間に配置され、前記液が通る一次流通孔を有しかつ前記コンベアの前記下側部分のスクレーパの移動方向に沿う下面と、前記コンベアの前記上側部分のスクレーパの移動方向に沿う上面とを有し、該上面が前記スクレーパの第2の部分によりクリーニングされる一次フィルタと、
前記濾過槽の底部と前記一次フィルタとの間に形成された第1の濾過槽部と、
前記濾過槽内で前記一次フィルタの上側に形成されかつ前記一次フィルタの前記一次流通孔を通じて前記第1の濾過槽部と連通し、前記第1の濾過槽部内の前記液が前記一次流通孔を通って流入する第2の濾過槽部と、
前記第2の濾過槽部に回転可能に配置され、前記第2の濾過槽部内の液が通る二次流通孔を有する筒形の二次フィルタと、
前記二次フィルタを回転させる機構と、
を具備したことを特徴とする濾過装置。 - 前記二次流通孔が前記一次流通孔よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の濾過装置。
- 前記スクレーパの前記第1の部分は前記第1の濾過槽部内に沈殿したスラッジを前記スラッジ排出部に向けて搬送し、前記スクレーパの前記第2の部分は前記一次フィルタ上のスラッジを該一次フィルタの端部から第1の濾過槽部に向けて落とすことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の濾過装置。
- 前記濾過槽は、前記コンベアの前記下側部分において前記第2の部分が前記一次フィルタの下面に沿って移動するよう前記コンベアの前記下側部分のチェーンを案内するガイド部材を備えたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の濾過装置。
- 前記二次フィルタを回転させる機構は、前記コンベアの前記上側部分のチェーンに対して上方から噛合うスプロケットを有し、前記コンベアの移動に伴って前記スプロケットが従動回転することにより前記二次フィルタが回転することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の濾過装置。
