Claims (5)
- 上部筐体と、下部筐体と、前記上部筐体と前記下部筐体とを開閉可能に接続するヒンジ部と、第1のアンテナ及び第2のアンテナと、使用するアンテナを選択し、アンテナ選択信号を送出する制御手段とを少なくとも備える折り畳み型携帯電話機において、
前記上部筐体側の構成部品又は前記下部筐体側の構成部品の一方に接続される切替手段と、前記上部筐体側の構成部品又は前記下部筐体側の構成部品の他方と前記切替手段とを接続する接続手段とを備え、
前記切替手段では、前記アンテナ選択信号に基づいて、前記上部筐体側の構成部品と前記下部筐体側の構成部品との電気的な接続状態を切り替えることを特徴とする折り畳み型携帯電話機。 - 前記第1のアンテナは、一方の筐体の前記ヒンジ部近傍に配置され、前記第2のアンテナは、前記一方の筐体の前記ヒンジ部から離間した位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の折り畳み型携帯電話機。
- 前記第1のアンテナは、一方の筐体の前記ヒンジ部近傍に配置され、前記第2のアンテナは、他方の筐体の前記ヒンジ部から離間した位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の折り畳み型携帯電話機。
- 前記切替手段では、前記第1のアンテナ使用時は前記上部筐体側の構成部品と前記下部筐体側の構成部品とを電気的に切り離し、前記第2のアンテナ使用時は前記上部筐体側の構成部品と前記下部筐体側の構成部品とを電気的に接続することを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の折り畳み型携帯電話機。
- 前記切替手段は、コンデンサとPINダイオードとを含み、前記アンテナ選択信号に基づいて前記PINダイオードをON/OFF制御することにより、前記コンデンサを用いて電気的な接続状態を変化させることを特徴とする請求項4記載の折り畳み型携帯電話機。
