Claims (4)
- 絶縁基板と、
前記絶縁基板上にマトリックス状に配線された複数の走査線及び複数の信号線と、
前記走査線と前記信号線との交差部における画素毎に設けられ、前記走査線と前記信号線との各々に接続されたスイッチング能動素子と、
前記スイッチング能動素子上に形成された複数色の着色膜と、
前記着色膜上に形成され、前記スイッチング能動素子によって駆動する画素電極とを有するアレイ基板と、
前記着色膜に四角形状に形成され、コーナー部の角度が鈍角に形成された第1パターンと、
前記着色膜に四角形状に形成され、コーナー部の角度が鈍角に形成されるとともに、この着色膜に隣接する着色膜に形成された前記第1パターンに対応してこの第1パターンと嵌合可能な第2パターンとを具備し、
少なくともいずれかの前記着色膜の前記第1パターンは、前記隣接する着色膜へと突出した突出パターンであり、
前記突出パターンに形成された柱状スペーサを具備した
ことを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 前記突出パターンは前記信号線上に形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記突出パターンは前記走査線上に形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記突出パターンは前記信号線と前記走査線の交差部上に形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の液晶表示装置。
