Description
次のようにORCと銀の複合体を用意した。
本発明に従った創傷包帯材料として用いるのに適した凍結乾燥コラーゲン/ORCスポンジを以下のように作製した。
例2:45%銀‐ORC/55%コラーゲン
例3:20%銀‐ORC+15%ORC/55%コラーゲン
例4:10%銀‐ORC+35%ORC/55%コラーゲン
例5:2%銀‐ORC+43%ORC/55%コラーゲン
例6:1%銀‐ORC+44%ORC/55%コラーゲン
例7:0.2%銀‐ORC+44.8%ORC/55%コラーゲン
コラーゲンの一部を次に示すようにコラーゲン‐銀複合体で置換したコラーゲン/ORCスポンジを非修飾ORCとコラーゲンから作製した。
例8:55%銀‐コラーゲン/45%ORC
例9:45%銀‐コラーゲン+10%コラーゲン/45%ORC
例10:30%銀‐コラーゲン+25%コラーゲン/45%ORC
例11:15%銀‐コラーゲン+40%コラーゲン/45%ORC
例2‐7で作製したスポンジの緑膿菌(Pseudomonas Aeruginosa)及び黄色ブドウ球菌(Staphylococcus Aureus)に対する殺菌力を阻止帯から調べた。
上記した例で作製した包帯材料の増殖抑制効果を次のように評価した。
本発明に従った創傷包帯材料の抗炎症活性の可能性を次のように調べた。
(A)例6で説明したように用意した1wt%の銀/ORC複合体を含む本発明に従った凍結乾燥スポンジ創傷包帯材料
(B)ジョンソン・アンド・ジョンソン・ウーンドケア(Johnson & Johnson Wound Care)からPROMOGRAN(登録商標)として入手可能で、欧州特許出願第1153622号に開示されているように用意した、55wt%のコラーゲンと45wt%のORCからなる凍結乾燥スポンジ
(C)ジョンソン・アンド・ジョンソン・ウーンドケア(Johnson & Johnson Wound Care)がSOF‐WICK(登録商標)として販売している医療用ガーゼ
なお、本願の実施態様は以下のとおりである。
(1)創傷包帯材料であって、陰イオン多糖と銀の複合体を含み、前記材料が、約0.1wt%〜約3wt%の範囲の銀を含むことを特徴とする創傷包帯材料。
(2)前記複合体が前記陰イオン多糖とAg+とで生成された塩を含むことを特徴とする実施態様(1)に記載の創傷包帯材料。
(3)前記陰イオン多糖がポリカルボキシレートであることを特徴とする実施態様(1)または(2)に記載の創傷包帯材料。
(4)前記陰イオン多糖が、アルギン酸塩、ヒアルロン酸、ペクチン、カラゲナン、ザンサンンガム、硫酸デキストラン、セルロース誘導体、酸化セルロース、及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする実施態様(1)乃至(3)に記載の創傷包帯材料。
(5)前記複合体の銀の量が、前記陰イオン多糖の質量に対して約1wt%〜約50wt%であることを特徴とする実施態様(1)乃至(4)に記載の創傷包帯材料。
(6)前記材料が、凍結乾燥スポンジシート、織物シート、不織布シート、またはゲルシートの形態であることを特徴とする実施態様(6)に記載の創傷包帯材料。
(7)前記創傷包帯材料が、約0.1wt%〜約10wt%の範囲の前記複合体を含むことを特徴とする実施態様(1)乃至(6)に記載の創傷包帯材料。
(8)前記創傷包帯材料における前記銀の量が約0.1wt%〜約2wt%の範囲であることを特徴とする実施態様(1)乃至(7)に記載の創傷包帯材料。
(9)前記創傷包帯材料が、銀と複合体をなした酸化再生セルロース(ORC)及びコラーゲンを含むことを特徴とする実施態様(1)乃至(8)に記載の創傷包帯材料。
(10)前記実施態様(1)乃至(9)に記載の創傷包帯材料を含むことを特徴とする創傷包帯。
(11)前記創傷包帯が、滅菌され微生物が通過できない容器にパッケージングされていることを特徴とする実施態様(10)に記載の創傷包帯。
(12)約0.1wt%〜約3wt%の範囲の銀を含む創傷の治療に使用する材料の調製に陰イオン多糖と銀の複合体を使用すること。
(13)前記創傷が、静脈潰瘍、褥瘡潰瘍、または糖尿病性潰瘍などの慢性創傷であることを特徴とする実施態様(13)に記載の使用。
(14)前記治療が、前記創傷の表面に直接前記創傷包帯材料を適用することを含むことを特徴とする実施態様(12)または(13)に記載の使用。
(15)約0.1wt%〜約3wt%の範囲の銀を含む炎症の治療に使用する材料の調製に陰イオン多糖と銀の複合体を使用すること。

- 創傷包帯材料であって、酸化セルロースと銀との複合体を含み、前記創傷包帯材料が、0.1wt%〜0.3wt%の範囲の銀を含むことを特徴とする、創傷包帯材料。
- 前記複合体が、前記酸化セルロースとAg+とで生成された塩を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の創傷包帯材料。
- 前記複合体の前記銀の量が、前記酸化セルロースの質量に対して1wt%〜50wt%の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の創傷包帯材料。
- 前記創傷包帯材料が、15wt%未満の水を含むシートの形態であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の創傷包帯材料。
- 前記創傷包帯材料が、0.1wt%〜10wt%の範囲の前記複合体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4に記載の創傷包帯材料。

- 前記創傷包帯材料が、35wt%〜60wt%の範囲のコラーゲン、60wt%〜35wt%の範囲の酸化再生セルロース(ORC)、および0.5wt%〜2wt%の範囲のORC/銀の複合体を含む凍結乾燥スポンジであり、
前記複合体が、10wt%〜40wt%の範囲の銀を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の創傷包帯材料。 - 請求項1乃至9に記載の創傷包帯材料を含むことを特徴とする、創傷包帯。
- 前記創傷包帯が、滅菌され、微生物が通過できない容器にパッケージングされていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の創傷包帯。
- 0.1wt%〜0.3wt%の範囲の銀を含む、創傷の治療に使用する創傷包帯材料を調製するための、酸化セルロースと銀との複合体の使用。
- 前記創傷が、静脈潰瘍、褥瘡潰瘍、または糖尿病性潰瘍である慢性創傷であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の使用。
- 前記治療が、前記創傷の表面に前記創傷包帯材料を直接適用することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項12または13に記載の使用。
- 0.1wt%〜0.3wt%の範囲の銀を含む、炎症の治療に使用する創傷包帯材料を調製するための、酸化セルロースと銀との複合体の使用。
