且つ、レールの進行方向に対して直角方向であり、さらに水平方向に、アウターケース(2)と、該ケース(2)内周部を移動可能なインナーケース(3)とを設け、
該インナーケース(3)には、一端下部に右レールクランプ(3a)を設けると共に、該インナーケース(3)の他端上部には、油圧シリンダー等の作動手段(CY3)のロッド側を取り付ける上部突起部を設け、
