Description
図2は、本発明による、リーダ200の例示的な一実施形態の側面断面図を示す。イメージャ212と照明基板214とが、ハウジング206内において耐衝撃性マウント(図示せず)上に配置されている。この例示的な実施形態において、プロセッサモジュールと、関連した機能上の電子構成要素とが、プロセッサ基板215上に実装されている。グリップ部202とトリガ204とが、ハウジング206及びプロセッサ基板215の構成要素と、機能的に協力している。グリップ部206は、都合良く配置されたトリガ204を備える。該トリガ204を、画像取得及びデコーディング機能を開始するために、ユーザの指によって駆動させることができる。より詳細には、トリガを押すことによって、(後述されるように)全タイプ及び色の照明が、同時に対象物上に投射させられ、対応する画像取得も前記イメージャによりなされる。
Claims (12)
- ある表面を走査するためのシステムであって、
イメージセンサピクセルを有するイメージャであって、該イメージセンサピクセルの各々が、少なくとも第1の画像色及び第2の画像色の各々における画像を取得することからなる、イメージャと、
前記表面に対する前記イメージャの焦点を変更する合焦器と、
前記イメージャによって前記第1の画像色として認識される第1の照明色における少なくとも第1の照明タイプと、前記イメージャによって前記第2の画像色として認識される第2の照明色における第2の照明タイプと、前記イメージャによって合焦画像色として認識される合焦照明色において、前記表面上に投射される合焦パターンとを、前記表面上に同時に提供するよう構築され且つ構成された照明アセンブリと、
前記合焦照明色において前記イメージャからの画像ピクセルデータを読み取る合焦処理であって、前記合焦照明色における前記画像ピクセルデータに基づいて前記合焦器を制御する、合焦処理
とを備える、システム。 - 前記第1の照明タイプが暗視野照明を含み、前記第2の照明タイプが直接的拡散照明を含むことからなる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記照明アセンブリが、面取りされた端部を有する光パイプと、該光パイプ内において実装されたディフューザとを含み、該光パイプは、前記第1の照明色を前記表面上に投射するものであり、該ディフューザは、前記第2の照明色を前記表面上に投射するものであることからなる、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記ディフューザが、前記ディフューザからの前記第1の照明色の反射を防止する光学フィルタを含む、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の照明色が赤色であり、前記第2の照明色が青色であることからなる、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の照明色及び前記第2の照明色をそれぞれ放射する複数の各々の第1のLED送信器及び第2のLED送信器によって、各々の前記第1の照明色及び前記第2の照明色が、それぞれ生成される、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の照明色と前記第2の照明色の各々が、可視光である波長によって画定される、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の照明色と前記第2の照明色とのうちの少なくとも1つが、複数LEDから伝達された白色光によって生成されて、前記第1の照明色及び前記第2の照明色のうちの少なくとも1つをそれぞれ伝達させるフィルタを通過させられることからなる、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも前記第1の照明色において前記イメージャからの画像ピクセルデータを読み取るパターン認識処理であって、該少なくとも前記第1の照明色における該画像ピクセルデータから情報をデコードする、パターン認識処理を更に備えることからなる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の照明タイプ及び前記第2の照明タイプがそれぞれ、ある表面から反射を生じさせるよう配向された照明を含み、該照明が、互いに異なるように導かれることからなる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の照明タイプ及び前記第2の照明タイプがそれぞれ、暗視野照明を含む、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の照明タイプが暗視野照明を含み、前記第2の照明タイプが明視野照明を含むことからなる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
