Claims (2)
- 信号の自己蛍光を特定する方法であって、
単一のプローブをサンプルに適用する工程、
単一波長の光源を用いてサンプルを励起する工程、
光源からある距離にサンプルから光を放出させる工程、
放出された光をスプリットする工程、
スプリットされた光を少なくとも2つの別個のチャネル内に集める工程であって、別個のチャネルの第1のチャネルは、別個のチャネルの第2のチャネルよりも光源の周波数に近く、第2のチャネルは、第1のチャネルよりも単一のプローブの発光周波数に近い、前記工程、
第1のチャネル内に集められた光、及び第2のチャネル内に集められた光を、偽実体を排除するために調査する工程、及び
調査に基づいて出力信号を発生する工程
を含み、
上記調査する工程は、前記第1のチャネル内の光信号の値を前記第2のチャネル内の光信号の値と比較する工程と、前記比較する工程が前記第2のチャネル内の光信号の値が前記第1のチャネル内の光信号の値よりも大きいことを決定するときに、前記第2のチャネル内の光信号の値が所望の信号であることを決定する工程とを含む
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記調査する工程は、前記第1のチャネルの光信号の値を前記第2のチャネルの光信号の値から減算して残り信号値を求める工程を含み、前記第2のチャネルの光信号の値が前記第1のチャネルの光信号の値よりも大きい時に、前記第2のチャネルの残り信号値を使用してイメージを生成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
