Description
(a)アクリレートモノマー
(b)三級カルボン酸エステル、及び
(c)フルオロアクリレートモノマー、シリコーンモノマー、及びその混合物から成る群から選択されるモノマー
好ましいアクリレートモノマーにはアクリル酸、メタクリル酸、メチルアクリレート、メチル2−メチルアクリレート、ブチルアクリレート、ブチルメタクリレート、2−ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート、2−ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート、2−ヒドロキシプロピルメタクリレート、ヘキシル2−エチルアクリレート、及びその混合物が挙げられる。このアクリレートモノマーの量は、使用されるモノマーの全重量に対し20〜80重量%、好ましくは30〜70重量%の範囲である。
好ましい三級カルボン酸エステルとしては、飽和三級デカン酸ビニル、飽和三級ノナン酸ビニル、飽和三級デカン酸エポキシプロピル、及びその混合物が挙げられる。用いられるモノマーの全重量に対し三級カルボン酸エステルの量は、5〜50重量%、好ましくは5〜30重量%の範囲である。
好ましいビニルモノマーとしては、スチレン、ビニルエチルエーテル、シクロヘキシルビニルエーテル、4−ヒドロキシブチルビニルエーテル、n−ブチルビニルエーテル、イソブチルビニルエーテル、n−プロピルビニルエーテル、イソプロピルビニルエーテル、及びその混合物が挙げられる。ビニルモノマーが存在する場合、そのビニルモノマーの量は使用されるモノマーの全重量に対し5〜40重量%、好ましくは5〜25重量%の範囲である。

各種樹脂組成物は、次の表1に示すように、モノマーと溶媒との比率を変えて調製する。
表1に示す組成物を用いて、耐汚れ性試験に供する配合物を次の表に示すように調製する。試験結果を下の表2に示す。

Claims (20)
- ポリマーと溶媒とを含有する樹脂組成物であって、前記ポリマーが次のモノマー、
(a)下記一般式:
(b)次式:
で表される三級カルボン酸エステル、及び
(c)次式:
次式:
及びその混合物から成る群から選択されるモノマー
を含むモノマー類を重合して得られ、前記シリコーンモノマーが、使用されるモノマーの全重量に対し1〜40重量%含まれる、樹脂組成物。 - 前記溶媒は、ベンゼン化合物、エステル、ケトン、又はその混合物である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ベンゼン化合物は、ベンゼン、o−キシレン、m−キシレン、p−キシレン、トリメチルベンゼン、スチレン、及びその混合物から選択される、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記エステルは、酢酸エチル、酢酸ブチル、炭酸ジエチル、ギ酸エチル、酢酸メチル、酢酸エトキシエチル、酢酸エトキシプロピル、モノメチルエーテルプロピレングリコールエステル、及びその混合物から成る群から選択される、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記ケトンは、アセトン、メチルエチルケトン、メチルイソブチルケトン、及びその混合物から成る群から選択される、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記アクリレートモノマーは、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、メチルアクリレート、メチル2−メチルアクリレート、ブチルアクリレート、ブチルメタクリレート、2−ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート、2−ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート、2−ヒドロキシプロピルメタクリレート、及びその混合物から成る群から選択される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- ポリマーと溶媒とを含有する樹脂組成物であって、前記ポリマーが次のモノマー、
(a)アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、メチルアクリレート、メチル2−メチルアクリレート、ブチルアクリレート、ブチルメタクリレート、2−ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート、2−ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート、2−ヒドロキシプロピルメタクリレート、ヘキシル2−エチルアクリレート、及びその混合物から成る群から選択されるアクリレートモノマー、
(b)次式:
で表される三級カルボン酸エステル、及び
(c)次式:
次式:
及びその混合物から成る群から選択されるモノマー
を含むモノマー類を重合して得られ、前記シリコーンモノマーが、使用されるモノマーの全重量に対し1〜40重量%含まれる、樹脂組成物。 - 前記三級カルボン酸エステルが、飽和三級デカン酸エポキシプロピルである、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記フルオロアクリレートモノマーは、フルオロアルキルメタクリレート又はその混合物である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物において、前記モノマー類が、(a)〜(c)に加えて更に一以上のビニルモノマーを含む組成物。
- 前記ビニルモノマーが、スチレン、ビニルエチルエーテル、シクロヘキシルビニルエーテル、4−ヒドロキシブチルビニルエーテル、n−ブチルビニルエーテル、イソブチルビニルエーテル、n−プロピルビニルエーテル、イソプロピルビニルエーテル、及びその混合物から成る群から選択される、請求項10に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の組成物において、前記溶媒が、組成物の全重量に対し20〜70重量%含まれる組成物。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の組成物において、前記アクリレートモノマーが、使用されるモノマーの全重量に対し20〜80重量%含まれる組成物。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の組成物において、前記三級カルボン酸エステルが、使用されるモノマーの全重量に対し5〜50重量%含まれる組成物。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の組成物において、前記フルオロアクリレートモノマーが、使用されるモノマーの全重量に対し1〜40重量%含まれる組成物。
- 請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載の組成物において、前記ビニルモノマーが、使用されるモノマーの全重量に対し5〜40重量%含まれる組成物。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂組成物を含む、基体表面に対するコーティング材。
- 基体表面に請求項18に記載のコーティング材を塗布することを含む、基体表面をコーティングする方法。
- 前記基体が金属、合金、コンピューターケース、木工品、プラスチック材料、皮革、又は石材である、請求項19に記載の方法。
